Yeah me too. I love old trance (well also some new trance) and of course also goa and the tracks that are on the boarder of both styles really are great. To me it seems that back then the people were not so much thinking about which styles they like or wanna produce but only about if a certain track is good or not. No matter the genre. Datalinks Remix is not bad but I like the other tracks way more.

I've just rediscovered the Red compilation from Tip Records. http://www.discogs.com/release/253668 There are some really nice tracks on it: Infinity Project, - Stimuli (Hallucinogen Remix), Shanti & Cyrus The Virus The Inner Visions #1, Astrix - Junosis, Xerox & PsyCraft Adrenalin Rush (Melicia Remix).

Oh I don't mind Acid tech or trance, don't worry! And I don't think the MWNN is that bad, it's just not as outstanding like the Eat Static tracks on the Implant album so I was a bit dissapointed. But in general I like MWNN's stuff a lot. Gonna check out the Abduction and Epsylun albums if I can.

Have you tried the track Junosis that is on the Tip World compilation Red? I know it's not that close to the tracks you've mentioned but it is in some parts calmer and without the rolling bassline. So maybe you'll like it?

Obviously you don't get it. There's nothing wrong with more action in the general section. But if you make topics about the same subjects again and again it's not exactly a surprise if some people get anoyed by it. Yes, they haven't been any shpongle threads in the last few days, that's why I haven't merged this one. Even if we could have done it according to the announcement in the off-topic... And you are right, there really are not much Hallucinogen topics in the last few days or week. Can you guess why? Because Hallucinogen hasn't released a new album in ages and only a handfull of new tracks in the last few years so what's there to discuss anyway maybe?

Yeah it's not. But if it has moved on for the better or the worse depends on your point of view. So if you say it's true it's worse now, it's only your truth. Some people might say different.

Found another Eat Static track in my collection: Bony Incus on Distance To Goa 4 and wasn't too impressed by it. Compared to the stuff on Implant it sounds like standart old-school goa but nothing more. Just found out now that it's the WMNN remix so maybe that's why it's not that impressive.

I'm listening to Emoticon by Alternative Control vs. Freaked Frequency from the Exotica comp. It has a realy nice melody and it would best fit a nice little party, maybe even on a sandy beach at the sea, during sunrise. People dancing and smiling and having fun

Thanks to Nemo I finally dug out the Eat Static album (Implant btw) I've found for cheap at a used record store some months ago. I'm giving it the first real listen right now and I have to say so far it's really fantastic music. Highly psychedelic, very varied and also very spacey and trippy. This is allready on my "have to listen to it when tripping next time"-list. Haven't heard that many tracks by Eat Static before and it seems I'm really missing somethign important... Gonna have my eyes open for their other releases. And funny enough I didn't know that Ozric Tentacles are the same (or at least some of the same) guys as Eat Static. Very interesting... Besides the music the coverart is also very nice.

Just in case you haven't noticed (or you just don't care...): there are also other threads that got merged or closed. Some even about Shpongle. That's how it is, end of. And btw: there are threads with the same subject but a different content. So no merging necessary.

I really have a hard time to not say something nasty radi. You really don't get it, do you? I don't know if you are not able to understand what I'm saying or if you just don't care and keep on ranting for the fun of it. Don't know which one is worse... I gave you an explanation why the thread got moved, three times even! If you don't like the explanation, that's fine. But it won't change a thing. And to be honest I doubt you even care about the mountain thread that much. I asked you several times if you want your mountain posts moved to the other mountain thread, you NEVER replied to that. You just keep on complaining... And you say that there are no mountain threads but in the same sentence you mention the "show pictures of your steppest mountains-thread", wtf?! And it doesn't matter if the thread is one week old or one month, there is no need to open another one when there allready is a thread with 10 or more pages about mountains. You know what? Forget it about moving the threads to the first mountain thread. It's obvious you don't really care about it. I even start asking myself if you make fun of me or what. Either way I'm not going to state the same things again and again. I gave you my explanation, live with it, end of story.
