  1. Tromesa - Pseudomental and the aforementioned Sensient - Pressure Optimal.
  2. I have Pathfinder 2000 A.D. in my "short list"... am I the only one that prefers the remix over the original? It's much tighter and more polished imho. Darker, too, which fits the mood...
  3. This is the tune with the shaman speaking - wuh summa numma na him blah blah - can't ever write it out properly Unquestionably. I play that track a LOT, in all sorts of sets. Very much... I'll have to see what I can scare up, there's a lot I don't know so well on your list...
  4. Excellent trade as always!
  5. I have Cryptic Crunch on 2LP up for grabs but it's not going to be cheap.
  6. Sounds great, except for what they did to my grandmother
  7. That would be a good use of the Trippy Future Garden 2LP that just came in the mail What tracks on the Sonic Sufi album are good? I never did get into any of it, but I didn't give it much time either... some aussie stuff really grates on my ears. Oh and I forgot, a track I MUST drop in there: Eat Static - Holy War!
  8. Is there a tracklist for Sabotage 1 out there anywhere?
  9. Excelllent, awesome, thank you. Just what I'm looking for <3
  10. Get in touch with me - I always know whats going on around here... and there's lots of events happening! 2 or 3 a month at least...
  11. This is NOT a list of personal faves... this IS a list of tracks which I feel made the most impact in a given year... this is all very arbitrary and impromptu of course! Some of the styles originally showcased for these tunes would not be heard for years afterwards... 1995 - Hallucinogen - LSD 1996 - Astral Projection - People Can Fly 1997- GMS - Do Androids Dream Of Electronic Sheep? 1998 - X-Dream - Psychomachine (origin of techtrance) 1999 - Infected Mushroom - Return of the Shadows (gothic origins) 2000 - Deedrah - Reload (personally, I despise this tune, but it is the root of all full-on) 2001 - Droidsect - Invasion from Outer Space (origin of darkpsy!) 2002 - Saiko-Pod - Phutures (leaders in sophisticated progressive psy) -- after this I could not choose anything specific since their influence has not yet been revealed to be significant -- Maybe later...
  12. On June 10th I get several hours to drop some tribal beats out at a bush party here in Toronto... any reco's on what sort of tunes I should drop? Anything from the last ten years works for me.... I already have a looooong list, but I'm hoping to find out if I may have missed anything TRIBAL. Some choice cuts thus far: Shpongle - Around the World in a Tea Daze (Ott Rmx) Taruna - Sacred Tree IFB - IFB Kooler - Freefall Triptych - Celtych Psypilot - Full Om Sun Control Species - Searching the Spiral Arm Juno Reactor - um, lots... and lots.... Etnoscope - Screamer Slice Phony Orphants - Going Down Growling Mad Scientists - Yashu California Sunshine + MFG - Breaking Through Morphem - Magma Quirk - Dark Matter Hallucinogen - Trancespotter Orichalcum - Wicked Mille The Muses Rapt - Return of the Travellers Shakta + Moonweed - Micronesia Digital Sun - Strange Things Blue Planet Corporation - Atoll Spectral - Kundalini Phreaky - The Second Moon Sandman - Turtle Beach Hiscore - Tracker Sheyba - Ancient Lands Elysium - Monzoon Jaia vs Deedrah - Sillenium Deviant Electronics - When Then is Now Union Jack - Cactus Jaia - Anawas Paradise Noosphere - Pepsis Wasp CHI-A.D. - Pathfinder Infinity Project - Mystical Experiences Prana - Anima Mundi Kailash - Higher Nervasystem - Whirling Dervish Astral Projection - Cosmic Ascension Any other random tribal reco's (trance or ambient) woudl be sweet... and if you're able to get to Toronto, well... PM me for some info on this underground event
  13. Wizzy Noise is like a version of Photoshop... just pick up the latest version I think Sabotage (coming out in May) will probably be worth waiting for. I enjoy Stereo Electric, but I imagine some people consider it too "poppy"... personally, I think Wizzy pwnts the psychedelic trance scene. They fucking rock. Respect!
  14. Iboga ZMA Candyflip I guess that sorta shows where I'm at
  15. Damn, that's peculiar. I think Azureus crapped out a couple of days ago... I restarted it now and instantly the files were flying out at 60k/s. Sorry about the availability/speed issues, guess I've got to give that cranky program a boot every once in a while. Thanks, that is indeed some of my own art. There is also a back cover, slightly different, with a tracklist. I had a great time putting some of my own digital photography to use in a design project! I think it really worked out - people ask me every once in a while who 'she' is, not realizing...
  16. It's been uhhh, more than a week. Anyone give this a listen?
  17. Go listen to the samples for the Punk City 2CD, tracks 3 and 4 on the first disc... did I wake up in some kind of bizarro alternate universe this morning?! That's kinda weird.
  18. Has Psykovsky been producing anything for the last few years though? I guess it might make sense to lump him in with PSYCORE (yes! someone used the term) but ehn, I don't know. XXX XXXXX XXXXXXXX... did they ever take off?
  19. *copy, paste* Dino vs Dado, Bamboo Forest, and Passenger deliver some good stuff here... the rest is a little anonymous. Even the decent material doesn't really go above and beyond, so what you have here is yet another psytrance compilation with some adequate filler for DJs and what-not. Why buy this when there is better out there, unless you've got some extra cash to blow...
