there were two major releases of this album... one was the israeli version and the other is the UK version. i think this site reviews the israeli one... btw i think the uk release is much better - the two extra tracks are sweeeet.

i find this DC++ thing someone spoke of in another thread to be intuitively designed... quite nice i'm glad i was able to check out a few new tracks and add them to my basket on my most recent order...

there's so much charasmatix being released all of a sudden that i have no clue what to grab! there's the EP on pinwheel with mokkacaos and eiscream, flying rhino album and 12" single, and another one on a new label called society fx featuring "up & down"... i know that's not all, i spied a few more on chaosunlim, but really... whats the best of the bunch? i very much liked equilibrism from the undercover EP, crunchy techno beats with great atmosphere is what i might call it!

i've put in a lot of tracklists, added quite a few more tech-trance labels, and roughly sorted the labels i've got on the astral catalogue so i thought i might drop a message by sayin, check out the new stuff? here's the url... http://www.ektoplazm.com/astralogue/index.html i'm getting very few emails these days with new info for the catalog, or even requests for new labels to be added... anyhow, feedback/response via email would be appreciated as always. ohyeah and it -sorta- works with netscape now

be sure to add a facility to let labels control their products, if possible. i'm sure if you stretched out the olive branch in a new way you'd be able to get labels to WANT to send their music out... perhaps by making a "time-out" so labels can send around promos then close down trading when the real release arrives for example. just a thought. but i'm sure there's some way you could make it so that such a project isn't at odds with the establishment.

i'm not sure if the style and technique was ever successfully revisited... it remains a unique artifact for seekers of good music to find... excellent stuff

djs that play mp3s as anything other than an exception are tools... home listening is one thing, but having a small hobby or profession you should be putting money back into the community for products you are using and enjoying...
