  1. I have a bunch of mixes up on my profile. I also operate the Ektoplazm netlabel, profile here. Haven't begun to produce anything just yet but I will some day. Right now I'm too busy working on the site, the label, and my undergrad
  2. Thanks! I still have a lot of coding to do... new features to add and that sort of thing. Happy with it so far though
  3. V/A - TELEPATHIK NONSENSE 01 :: Sn-ikik - Childs Plaiii (140 BPM) 02 :: Chris Rich - The Domino Effect (145 BPM) 03 :: Cuboid Atom - Tsall Cymbal Lick (150 BPM) 04 :: Oneiromanix - Space Deranger (148 BPM) 05 :: STI & One-Lok - Sludge And Slime (155 BPM) 06 :: Nuver - Ignition (151 BPM) 07 :: Suspiria - Apocalyptic Dreams In The Ordinary Madness (155 BPM) 08 :: Post Traumatic - Demon Side (150 BPM) 09 :: Malicious - Think About This (158 BPM) Telepathik Nonsense is the latest compilation from Wonk#Ay Records, an underground netlabel from the UK. This release explores several different psychedelic trance sub-variants on the experimental frontiers of night music: blistering hard psycore, menacing darkpsy, and hints of the ultra-trippy Swedish forest sound. The end result is peak-level mind-altering mayhem for all you screwy lunatics out there. Compiled by Devi@nTT, mastered by Morganism, and featuring graphics by IdolMonkey. Download it for free in MP3/FLAC/WAV direct from Ektoplazm: http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/telepathik-nonsense/
  4. Great news, the track list looks tasty. Too bad it's a Beatport exclusive though... I don't shop there any more (and buying the whole CD would be prohibitively expensive in any case). Why not open it up and go with Juno at the very least?
  5. Hmm, something like Damage - Bad Creationz? Or NRS - Kick Drum Inertia? Check those out and see if they apply.
  6. Hey eikos, since you're so far from being open-minded and seem to exist only to trash all music that isn't old school Goa, why bother looking into new music at all? I don't think I've ever seen Spoonbill mentioned here on Psynews... and in any event he isn't writing anything within the psytrance realm for the most part--this is wiggly bass-heavy stuff, possibly dubstep, or something else... and people happen to really like it because they are seeking something different in music than you are, or at least open to the possibilities. Dubstep and deep glitchy breaks have come into fashion precisely because some people want a bumpin' party, not just a transcendental psychedelic experience. So there you have it.
  7. How about the Disco Hooligans album? http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/disco-...ns-clear-skies/ :clapping:
  8. It's like they're not even trying any more.
  9. SOULCRAFT - ZEN SPIRIT EP 01 :: Moog Navigator (143 BPM) 02 :: Zen Spirit (144 BPM) 03 :: All About You (146 BPM) 04 :: Requiem For A Moog (146 BPM) 05 :: Electrons (144 BPM) SoulCraft is the latest project from Mario Sounoglou, a Greek psytrance producer already known for his work as DarkShiRe and Septagram (a collaboration with Dark Elf). The Zen Spirit EP showcases another facet of Mario’s sound: smooth and uplifting morning trance with a psychedelic edge. This release is made by Soul Spirit Records, a new imprint of Helicon Sounds Music, and mastered by Dark Elf at K.G.B. Labz, Athens, Greece. Download it for free in MP3/FLAC/WAV direct from Ektoplazm: http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/soulcraft-zen-spirit-ep/

I've been out on my bike shooting random stuff around the city these last few weeks... here are a few from the first batch of uploads:
  11. Not enough rainbow fractals and Hindu deities for you guys?
  12. I don't really understand what has happened to Penta since Funraiser...
  13. V/A - T.O.U.C.H. SAMADHI 001 01 :: Annunaki - Seven Stars (Bastard Rework) (8:06) 02 :: Annunaki - From Nibru (8:03) 03 :: Blue Spectral Monkey - Futurescope (8:37) 04 :: Fuzz - Dark And Light (6:37) 05 :: Bastard - Rotted (6:31) 06 :: Dragon - Ritual Of Fire (8:06) 07 :: Primordial Ooze - The Piper (7:33) 08 :: MediMonkz - Clad Romper (Medisin Remix) (8:00) 09 :: Axis Mundi - Break Allotment (7:12) T.O.U.C.H. Samadhi is based in Asheville, North Carolina, a small, sleepy town nestled between the woody slopes of the Appalachian Mountains. Behind the scenes, Asheville is home to one of the most vibrant psytrance subcultures in America. This wide-ranging compilation showcases a stellar line-up of American psytrance producers whose vibrations have been the source of countless smiles, stomps, and sacred experiences for over a decade. Expect to hear sizzling leads and swampy grooves with a psychedelic edge; this is music for all the wandering freaks and fairy folk of the magic forest! Mastered by Kri at Audiovalve. Download it for free in MP3/FLAC/WAV direct from Ektoplazm: http://www.ektoplazm.com/free-music/touch-samadhi-001/
  14. Yes, I really like that one too! And if I'm not mistaken I will have some more Kino Oko to post before long Here's the Disco Hooligans again, just to keep it on the page:
  15. Electro house. I bought Soulmate, discarded the rest. Not bad, nothing special.
  16. OK, better question: what are some good dubstep artist albums? Not compilations but genuinely artistic dubstep albums... for instance: http://www.discogs.com/Tipper-Wobble-Factor/release/1293561
  17. These days it isn't unusual to see lossless rips of new CDs online within a few days of the release. It'll probably happen here... it is kind of inevitable given the high demand and finite supply. HH: Have you guys thought about signing up with Cytopia to sell the tracks online?
  18. I've owned a bunch of Geomagnetic releases. I've listened to even more. All I've come up with is a single song worth noting: Random - Cosmic Puzzle.
