Haha the more you read on the story the more you realize that the reporters don't have a clue... The "drug" used ranges from lsd to designer drugs to... meow meow (yes, apparently that is a drug lol). Others claim he was victim of a voodoo ritual.... For all we know the cannibal simply had a mental disorder. But of course, why miss the oportunity to badmouth drugs in the mainstream media what with all the movements to legalize it and all.

Well it's basically more of the same with the added twist of time travel (and 3D if you care for that...). BUT the ending is totally worth it, it is unexpected and really explains a LOT on the partnership between Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones (trying not to give out spoilers here ). Also Boris gets my vote for best villan ever

saw it last weekend and I must say it's pretty darn good! I found the 2nd one to be kindof a letdown so I was considering skipping this one, especially with all the 3D hype (as a rule of thumb I find that the more the commercials insist on 3D effects, the duller the movie lol). However this one really gets a thumbs up from me! The ending is totally worth it IMO and then you will finally find out why everyone is listening to this lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LIDwgpBh0Aw&feature=youtu.be

I made a couple of dark psy attempts that are so rare that 0 copies were released to the public... Do those count? Lol

Haha that actually sounds better than 80% of psytrance that's being released these days

Opportunity to revolutionize the psytrance scene!
Lemmiwinks replied to Lemmiwinks's topic in General Psytrance
yep but IMO having a handfull of psy artists spread around different sites is anything but optimal, if we could take the concept and make it 100% dedicated to psytrance (or even 100% dedicated to electronic music) IMO this could be just as big for psytrance as the dotcom boost the scene got in the early 2000s. I for one would love to be part of the revolution but lack the technical skills to build such a site However, it would be taking the ektoplazm concept a step further, no? -
So I was just watching a show on new sites that allow fans to directly finance artists' albums. The concept is pretty simple: an artist puts some samples online, the fan scrolls through different samples of different artists and decides which ones he like and gives a small donation (can be as low as 5€) so that the artist can finish their album. If the total amount to make the album is reached, then the artist goes on and makes the album, releases it and in the fan-investor gets a bit of the share. If the total is not reached then the project is abandoned, no new album and donnators get their money back. Now I was thinking, why not use the concept and make a site 100% dedicated to psytrance? IMO this could be HUGE... What do you guys think? in case you're not familiar with the concept, here are some example sites: www.sellaband.com http://www.slicethepie.com/ (here you actually get paid to review new artists before reaching "critical mass" and seek a record deal) http://www.sonicangel.com/

looking for some good funky electro tunes :)
Lemmiwinks replied to PSYDUDE's topic in Other Electronica
yes I know but there's a lot of fusion going on lately, more and more dubstep will have a 4/4 kick part to make it more dancefloor friendly and on the other hand electro house (and almost all other styles for that matter) will have a wobbling bass part in them to make them sound "hip" lol
