1. Enter The Void: shit, if it wasn't for DeathPosture's recomendation I would've totally missed out on this one! It's basically Lost In Translation on acid, I've never seen anything trippier in my life. 2. Lost Highway: ok, no actual referals to drugs here but it is clearly made in a stoned-out way, it still has me wondering what the actual story is all about but I love the way it's made 3. Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas: definately the funniest movie about psychedelic drug usage out there IMO and I'm sure that anyone who's tried doing lsd and try to act "normal" will relate to it lol 4. Blueberry: hmm well actually the 1st half is dull but then when you get to the ayahuasca trip part OMG, definately worth sitting through the first part. 5. Alice In Wonderland (the original cartoon): I think this is the most subversive movie ever... it is marketed for kids everywhere in the World yet noone seems to point out loud that EVERYTHING in the movie is about tripping!! How many generations of trippers took that first trip and thought "HMMM... now I get it!" lol so there, these are my picks, what are yours?

Human Centipede 2: Whereas the first one was a good "typical" horror movie, this one really takes gore to a new level! Very often, horror movies are presented as incredibly shocking yet they always come short of really shocking the audience (except for 12 year-old girl scouts that is). The problem being that, even though the audience expects something "sick", people rarely want to go the full way and see something really disgusting like a mother squashing her newborn child or a girl being anally raped by a fat midget. Yet you get all of this here. So for once, a movie presented to be the most shocking ever actually is, well ok, I'd also have to mention Salo's 120 Days Of Sodom in here since it's the only movie that comes close to this level of gruesomeness. But for fans of "gore" praising Cannibal Holocaust or Ichi the Killer and such, that is nothing compared to this.

ok just rented the 1st one and I must say that it was pretty damn good. From general reviews I was expecting it to be one of those exploitation movies which is basically a 15-minute short movie with an added 1 hour 15 min of footage where nothing really happens to make it into a feature film (emm... Reservoir Dogs anyone?). But I'm glad to say that this isn't the case here, it is actually quite tense all throughout and IMO it deserves to be up there with some horror classics like Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Hellraiser. Of course, in the end it's a low-budget horror movie and it shows, don't expect it to be some timeless masterpiece or anything, still, for what it is, it's pretty good IMO. Now I'm off to rent the sequel

hmm yes from reading some reviews I suppose it will be just another exploitation movie but still, how can you resist the urge of NOT seeing it when someone posts an image like this? ...followed by this? lol

After LOLing my ass off a certain south park episode it turns out that the whole linking the mouth to the ass of other people came from a dutch horror movie called Human Centipede... anyone seen it? The trailer makes Saw look like a Disney movie lol

umm well it might not be called "wa" in the Western culture but I think that most of what you said is a representation of teenagers fitting into social groups all over the World...

Well I make this topic out of frustration actually... the thing is that about the same time as the golden days of goatrance, there was a parallel movement called Hard Trance, which had quite a lot of elements in common with goa but was released on different labels so most of them never really got the attention of goatrancers (the elitism of the scene back then didn't really help either), which is a pitty IMO since if you like one style I cannot see how you can dislike the other. But my problem with these tracks is that they are really hard to find IMO since they are very spread out accross lables I'm not quite familiar with, most of the releases are just one-off projects on obscure vinyl EPs and most of all, AFAIK there is no real dedicated group of fans to this style like there is with oldschool goa. So I thought about making a topic where we can all share our latest finds these are my finds of the day http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEuZq1zWnpU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tly9YpFLH5s&feature=related (made 2 years BEFORE Astral's Dancing Galaxy!!)

hmm well personally I find that cloud storage has huge advantages like you still have the saved files even if your house has burned down (you can have 10 HDs and 100 DVDs, it wouldn't matter cause they'd all be burned anyway). And then you can have ALL you pics with you EVERYWHERE, all you need is an internet connection, no need to actually carry around stuff (and awkardly remebering that you just forgot a part of your collection that you wanted to show at home...)

ok, after a few days of trying around I must say that (for my needs) Picasa wins hands down. First of all, it has a GREAT desktop program that uploads thousands and thousands of pics in just a few clicks, the automated process saved hours if not days in my life. Also, upload space is unlimited, the only condition is to have a Google+ account and limit your pics to a 2048x2048 resolution which is fair (again, the neat dektop app does everything for you automatically, no need to spend hours and hours redefining the resolution of every individual pic). When you have many Gbs of pics, these 2 features alone make a World of a difference. Other progs like Flickr or Photobucket might seem good on first look, but you are quickly frustrated but non-automated uploads and stupid limitations designed to make you go for the paying accounts. Like for example Flickr will accept 300Mb of uploads every month but will limit the pics shown to 200, so for example you can upload 300pics worth a total of 300Mbs and only 200 will be shown (who the hell ever thought of that??). So as far as I'm concerned, it's Picasa all the way

hmm yes well that's my problem... since these are very dynamic sites always struggling to take an extra step compared to the competition, there seems to be a LOT of change in conditions of use etc in very little time. So basically a review written not even a year ago can already be obsolete because the conditions of use changed since then (mainly thinking about storage limit here). Which is pretty confusing...

hi people! Actually untill now I've stored all my pics on a big external drive but I was considering having the advantages of cloud storage out there. After all, if my HD dies on me someday I think I'm gonna kill myself for losing all those precious memories lol So I've done some online research and like always, there seems to be a band of hardcore fans promoting one or other of the main programs out there. Personally I'm inclined to use Picasa since I already have a google account and am pretty much a fan of everything google, but if there's anything better out there (and free...) why not give it a try So I was thinking, what do you fellow psynewsers mostly use?
