damn it, now i'm stuck in memory lane, strolling to find back my fave tracks: also one of the darkest fastest tunes at the time that made my hands shake with adrenalin: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1GQ-p-5Hak&feature=player_embedded haha and how could i forget this one? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfiXprwIrEU

and then there were more funny stuff that still make me giggle like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zyCFvLLJxrQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nd6E30gliS0&ob=av2n

yeah this stuff was VERY popular in these parts in the mid/ late 90s and was pretty much the most widely available "underground" electronic music so most teens who wanted to go against the crowd were into it. OK, looking in retrospective, a whole lot of it was a marketing scam cause like 90% of the tracks weren't nearly as dark and brutal as they were presented (thinking especially of the Thunderdome comps) Still, some stuff were pretty darn good and I still like listening to them from time to time. My absolute fave producers were Neophyte, Stunned Guys and Ruffneck, I wonder if they are still making stuff today... there was a time when I thought that this was the hardest and darkest track ever made and that nothing could ever be better: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vcF8n1FJs44&feature=player_embedded http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ywXiFgi_NY8

masters in finance, working in a limo company... absolutely nothing to do with my degree but I get to travel a lot and listen to psy all day, so that's cool on the downside I have to stay sober all the time that's less cool lol

stare at the red nose without blinking for 15 seconds and then close your eyes briefly and look at a the wall (preferably white)... you'll be amazed!

Paul Oakenfold vs Infected Mushroom - I'm Alive

well the topic shows the decay of what used to be psytrance gods so IMO it has its place in the psytrance section. I'm sure a LOT of oldschoolers like to know what new projects these guys have even if they know it will be dissapointing -

hmm you're right, the remix is crap but it is still 1000 times better than the original lol -
i guess oldschoolers are grinding their teeth by now lol although when you take a step back it's not that bad actually IMO:

"Hi, I'm Stewie Griffin. Tonight's Family Guy was a very special episode about drug use. But the simple fact is: it's no laughing matter. To learn more about drugs, visit your local library. There's probably a guy behind there who sells drugs. Good night!" BWAHAHAHA!!!

have to admit i'm really liking this at the moment

haha of course the acid house days aren't as much remembered for the music (of which like 90% was CRAP!) as for the fact that exctacy pills were of the highest quality and extremely easy to come by making the ripe conditions for CRAZY parties at a scale that would be unthinkable today. Here are some of our local classics that didn't end up crushed by the passage of time:

ooooh now THAT brings back some memories! Program2 was one of the VERY first non-commercial electronic music I've ever listened to in my life thanks to a cassette tape that a friend had. That said, my personal fave was this one: http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=0sg6MymeSKY&feature=related

LOL thanks to youtube more and more wanna-be artists are making covers of famous anthems in versions that are very different from the original. I must say that some are quite fun to watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-71W6omjHN4&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAGJS3gTJaY
