Hitler really hates the new Infected Mushroom album
Ormion replied to Ormion's topic in General Psytrance
I hope so. He's really a musical genius, he doesn't deserve this gangsta psy. Even if he doesn't want to return to psytrance at least he should move to some other electronic style. Not that crap. -
Me too. And if you consider that my dog died almost in the same way with Marley you can imagine how much I cried

The story sounds interesting

+100 And the saddest part is that they are gonna present themselves as psytrance group. -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e401xjoHJJ8 Ok this is a bit off topic and self promoting, but we didn't have a fun thread since the dinosaurs cover contest. I hope you like it and I really-really hope no one gets offended with it. It' just comedy!

Angels & Demons Never read the book. The plot was boring and uninspired. Just Tom Hanks running from church to church to find ridiculous clues. No supsense and a bad ending. 4/10 La Antena Style over substance. Great editing, amazing ideas. Every shot is a surprise. The story though was very slow and unnecessary long and I don't think I have the energy to watch it for second time. 4/10 Push Movie similar to Jumper. Boring. Shitty plot, crappy action sequences. The low budget is not an excuse. Some cool powers though. 4/10 The Spirit Something like a parody of Sin City. Stylistically is very interesting, the movie is weird though. And not good weird. 5/10 My Name Is Bruce Comedy horror with the CultMan Bruce Campell. Funny one liners and the face of Bruce. Needs more splatter though. 6/10 Slumdog Millionaire Good but why so many Oscars? It was...cheesy. 6/10 Transformers - Revenge Of The Fallen Great FX, bad in everything else. Just forget the Transformers in the title and enjoy the CGI. 6/10 Marley & Me Typical Hollywood dramedy. Dog lovers like myself will dig it. 7/10 Lock Up Classic Sly 80's film. 7/10 Religulous Very nice comedy documentary about religions and their sheep. The guy who present it though looks like a douchebag. 7/10 Thank You For Smoking Nice satire. Aaron Eckhart kicks ass. 7/10 The Day After Tomorrow Scientifically ridiculous, but it's a Hollywood disaster movie. Nice one. 7/10 The Hangover Very funny, but not the funniest comedy. 7/10 Battle Royale That's the stuff! 8/10 Bolt Very good, not Pixar quality though. 7.5/10 The International That was good! Normally I don't like poltic thrillers, but that was interesting. No overcomplicated plot here, very nice direction and nice actors. I always hated Clive Owen but he's really good here and Naomi Watts is hot as hell. 8/10 Valkyrie Another very good movie. Although the ending was known the movie has a lot of suspense. Tom Cruise was very good too. 8/10 Bruno Hystericall funny! Not as critical as Borat, but pure fun! 9/10 The Wrestler Fantastic movie! Normally I dislike this kind of movies, but that was great. Melancholic and realistic. Mickey Rourke owns everything. 9/10 Three O'Clock High The best school comedy ever. 10/10 Plus I rewatched all the Harry Potter till the fifth one. You know what? I like them. They are very nice fantasy adventures aimed for everyone. The first two are more childish/family orientated thanks to Chris Colombus and the books I presume. Parts 3, 4 and 5 are darker. Are they good adaptations? I dunno, I've never read the books, possibly that's why I like them. I can't be dissapointed. My favorites are The Prisoner Of Azkaban and The Goblet Of Fire. Philosopher's Stone: 7.5/10 Chambers Of Secrets: 7-7.5/10 Prosoner Of Azkaban: 8/10 Goblet Of Fire: 8/10 Order Of The Phoenix: 7-7.5/10

Hmm. maybe this? or or or or or They are all powerful and melodic, in similar style with the EMP track. I hope you'll find something you like in there.

What about this track?

I don't agree tbh. This is probably something that may happen in parties where dudes just wanna hit on girls. I think in psytrance parties (at least not the commercial ones) dudes don't care if girls are dancing next to them. I know I don't. I go to parties for the music, not to find a girl. It's always cool of course to see beautiful girls dancing next to you, but not it's not the reason that's gonna motivate me to dance. Of course in more clubby friendly psy parties where all the music is either poppy full on or metrosexual progressive it may be true.

Since nothing interested you in psytrance anymore the only advice I can give you is to move away from psytrance one and for all and find a new electronic genre. Even if I recommend you tracks like the one you mentioned is gonna be only a teeny tiny part of psytrance and it's not gonna keep you interested for a long time.

ORBIT CONSTRUCTIONS Audela is great too. Go to hell

AFGIN - RISE UP & DON'T STOP (melodic trance)
Ormion replied to afgin's topic in Free Music Promotion
Amazing track! 10/10 :clapping: -
Is this for real?

And if you do, how exactly does it work? I mean: 1. Do you have to use the same music software? I guess not, but if someone works with Cubase and the other one works with FL how's that work? 2. Do you decide from the beginning who's gonna write what? For example one will write the melodies, the other will work with the bass/percussion etc.? Or you're going with the flow? 3. Does someone writes a part of the track, then the other takes the track from there and works on it, then the other... and so on? (I think Younger Brother use that ''technique''). Or one artist writes an early version of the track, then the other one adds things and so on? 4. What if you dislike something that the other artist wrote? 5. If you collaborate through internet (like Aes Dana & Solar Fields did in the last HUVA Network album), how often do you communicate? Who decides when the track is finished and when is not? 6. Who chooses the name of the track? Possibly all these questions are stupid, but I always thought that collaborations are complicated, though there are so common especially in psy.

The best trance ever was made before 2000...
Ormion replied to Lemmiwinks's topic in General Psytrance
Well said! Although I don't agree that psy post 2000 hasn't any classic albums. It has a lot. edit: Great reply Abasio! I agree 100% -
If it was any other than Cohen I'd have doubts too, but I know that he's crazy mothafucka!

Like the Britney Spear's debut for example?
