  1. IMO Radio was just another album, it didn't destroy anything. However more and more artists took that path of repetetive, techno style which eventually led to the 2000 a.d. the year that melodies in psytrance officially dissapeared. Now about Radio itself never really cared that much about it tbh.
  2. The problem with IM is not that they moved forward. It's that they move forward to what? To Becoming Insane. They left the psytrance scene for what? For Duvdev ambitious attempt to sing even if it's more than obvious that he can't. The left the genius melodies for songs with full on basslines, stupid guitar and oh yes, Duvdev! IM especially Erez had so much talent and potential that they could become the first fully electronic classical music group. Or experimental ambient. Or some other form of electronica. But no, they went pop.
  3. You guys make me blush! Thanks a lot!
  4. Hi there! My new track is up. As always it's melodic, psychedelic, and pumping! In case you want to check it out just follow the link: Exelization - Xelion Any comments are welcome!
  5. Plus Vincent Cassel kicks ass as always.
  6. yep Technodrome for sure and Khopat!!!
  7. Fuuuuck!!!! I forgot about Digitaria! I was actually talking about Primal Meltdown which is IMO a fantastic experience and much better than Digitaria.
  8. This topic is about follow-up albums that simply never came or they seem never to be coming. You know artists that made such an impact with their debut albums that it's pity a second album never came or seem to coming soon. Here is my list: Colorbox: Train to Chroma City is pure bliss, unfortunately a second album never came. Cydonia: Legendary group (are they still active btw?), but they only released one album. Derango: It's almost 4 years since Tumult. We need a new albums guys! Four Carry Nuts: Is Tim Schuldt so busy with all this mastering? I want a new Mechanical Age! Frequency Deluxe: Banging Full On that never had a follow-up. Pity. GNOTR: No comments here. The Nommos: The same with Derango. Psygone: I've said the story many times about Hypnotic and Psygone's second album Organique. The worst thing is that the Organique tracks never got released unmixed. Scatterbrain: Infernal Angel had SUCH an impact back in 2003. It's 2009 today! Slide: No comments here. Steptime: Great forest psy. They almost dissapeared after that. UX: No comments again. Normally I would put Indoor and Tandu here, but both Ofer and Avi created many albums after that. Whataboutyou?
  9. I will. And yes Sin Tron is officially a darkpsy anthem, but IMO Inner Space is a much better album.
  10. I think CPC has a new album ready to be released. I'm not sure 100% though. BTW you should def buy KDD's albums!
  11. Off topic but Jan Kounen has also directed Dobermann which is one of the most badass movies ever made.
  12. Next time ask him where he finds the wigs for his Psynina live gigs. *hey, that rhymes!*
  13. I really like the releases of Hypnotic records, but they seem to release the same tracklists again and again in different cds, plus some other weird stuff like the decision to instead release the second Psygone album, they decided to release the tracks in several compilations by changing Psygone name with random names to fool the buyers that they are different artists.* *According to Psygone himself.
  14. For SA Psytrance I will recommend you only the new blood since you're definitely know the ''old school'' (Shift & co.) Check out: Hiyarant Mantis Deliriant Cybernetix Rubix Qube Dirty Motion EMP Biorhythm S.C.A.M. They all kick ass! For darker pounding psy check out: Double REL Entropy Terranoise Ankur Lenz Sushupti
  15. Yeah baby!!!!!!!!!!!!! :clapping: :posford: :clapping:
  16. First official Psy travesty? BTW things like that happen a long time now. Anyone remember Hypnotic records?
  17. Well Avatar has a lot of things going besides the re-issues series. For example Goa Gil, this guy is a goldmine! As for PsyHarmonics I guess they survive thanks to their core fans, I know a lot of them.
  18. I refuse to vote either. I like both equally. Although Debut is my all time favorite darkpsy album KinDzaDza tracks ooze of quality and he has written some of the classiest darkpsy anthems. Plus he has written more tracks than Psykovsky so it's easier to judge him. BOTH!
  19. Where is the link for the track? edit: I just saw it edit 2: Cool track!
