One of the best Goa albums ever made. The dance tracks are all great especially Virtual Terminla Energized, The Furnace, Chaotic Circus and Space Clinic. The ambinet are great again especially The Pendulum, Gravity Mirage and Espanolizer. 10/10

Good compilation. Nice tracks here and this old school vibe. 7.5/10

I was screaming for this track one year now. I actually made three different replies in the Corolle review only for this track. This is UNBELIEVABLE!

WAKE UP AND SEE THE TRUTH!!! This is the BEST ambient track ever! Thanks a lot bye bye then

I have no problem with full on, not at all. But I always found this album just a typical morning full on with many boring and cheesy tracks. I can't understand what's so special about it.

Skazi-One Day I'll Be A Star! Killargh album

I can't believe so many guys choose the 1200 debut!!! Cheesy!!!

There are two full on basslines. The first is the bassline style used by morning full on artists the well known Astrix's clones. And yes it sucks! The second is the aggressive bassline first created by Absolum and it's very good. I know that most guys will think that they're the same, but for me is not. A 16th note bassline can be crap or great but the line between these terms are so close. For example: an awesome aggressive bassline: Absolum-No Rush. One more: Audialize-Acid Boom, one more Twisted System-Artificial Intelligence. And now a bad full on bassline: Almost everything from the Israeli full on style. One more: the real problem is not that the bassline is bad or simple, but most of the times it has the main role in the track. If a track is filled with psychedelic sounds, maximal melodies, colorful effects etc. no one would care for the bad bass. For example there are many Goa classic tracks with super boring 1 note bassline but the rest of the track are so great that you don't even pay attention to the bass.

Finally is here. For one more time I like completelly different tracks from D.P. Ok, here we go: First of all this can not be bad! We're talking for South Africa here and Phyx! Second of all it's not the ultra masterpiece. All the tracks are great and some of them are superb. For example Electromagnetic is what Phyx is all about. Powerful, fast, squezzy and with these liquid melodies. Conundrum has a great leading melody (very Goa-ish by the way), The Wall has a twisted system flavor and The Initiation has an awesome climax melody but it's more downtempo than the others. But like I said it's not a masterpiece like other South African albums. Why? Well like DP said we were waiting for this album for four years so we expected even better tracks. I certainly believe that Ian could make even better tracks for his album. For example none of the tracks is such amazing like Hounds Of Hell, Ruby Blaze or Contraband. If no one knew Phyx we will be like ''awesome release, amazing debut'' etc. But because we know Phyx very well we're not that excited. BTW Phyx never changed his style, all the tracks here are 100% Phyx style. Overall: No, it's not a 10/10 album, no, it's not the best SA album (TS still win that), but it's a great album, real full on and 100% Phyx style. We just want more!

Are we talking about complete melodies or just simle melodic lines? I'm really curious how an oCeLoT track with full melodies would be

I had really high hopes for this album, but I was kinda dissapointed. It's not that it's a bad album no,no! It's actually pretty good but just that, no more. The problem is that Fractal Fishing is 100% Suomi style. That means that has all the good and the bad points of Suomi Psy. The good things are the madness, the different characters of each track, the melodies, the live organs and all these weirdo elements that make us love Suomi artists. Unfortunately, all the ''problems'' of Suomi Psy are here too. First of all: All the tracks are damn short! I can't understand why most of the Finnish tracks out there are less than 7 minutes! Next is the bass. Some tracks here have very good basslines, but some have a bit annoying bass. Also the percussion. Just like many others Finnish artists they use a lot of hats, toms, tribal drumming etc. but still there's no energy. The melodies are not anything superb (except the Undercover Attack) and not that many. But the most important is that all the tracks are madness from the first to the last second. I like that actually in dark psy, but when it's about morning, melodic stuff I want to hear some climaxes or a break etc. But like I said it's good, but not the masterpiece I was expecting.

Well this is a good comp! Unfortunately I don't have Schizm so I don't know if this is better or worse. I have to agree that some tracks are a bit cheesy but the difference is that they already know that! It's like Hara Gobi tracks were they are cheesy because they have to be, d'y' know what I mean? Now some words: First track is cool not something great though. Both Hired Goonz tracks are totally hillarious and very psychedelic. Reality Pixie track is happy hippo pink psy trance but damn good! Billy's Bootcamp is the best track here. Superb melodies and many ideas! Both Sattel Battle tracks are awesome, especially Fuck It with these mindblowing Goa melodies. Neiron Compost track has some of the most oriental cheesy melodies but it's psychedelic to the bone. Tamlin is Alrune & Baest is crazy but too short and ECT track is different from his old ones (more morning) but very good. Overall, it's great and highly recommended!

I'm asking for FREE dload and actually a small sized one. Not something professional or something, just a good one.

Pleiadians - 7even Sister7
Ormion replied to Otto Matta's topic in Artist News and Labels announcements
Yeah, you right, but do you know what pisses me of the most? Well, they released many crappy/mediocre or just good music with the Etnica project, right? Ok, they ruined the Etnica name. But they've only released three or four tracks under the Pleiadians name. It's like they're saying: We're gonna keep the Pleiadians project for the melodic stuff, that's why we released such a few tracks under that name, cause we want them to be really quality and melodic, while we're gonna continue releasing other stuff under the Etnica project. Am I right? And now they're gonna release typical full on music under the Pleiadians name! I mean what's the point to wait seven years for a new Pleiadians album, if it's gonna be similar to the Etnica ones? I don't get it! -
DarkPsy - Silent Noise Sin Records 2006 TRACKLIST: 1.The Pitching 2.Active Dark Room 3.Stress 4.Gt4 (remix) 5.Nord Is Back 6.Fm Amount 7.Worthing Friends 8.To You, Dance To Me 9.Oscar Powerrrr 10.The Acid Dance 11.Flashback DarkPsy is an artist that I haven’t any clue about him since the Mushy Mystery comp. (Trishula 2005) and his track Elastik Darkness (2nd version) which rocked my world! It was 100% dark psychedelia, powerful and so different. The second track I’ve heard by him I Feel did the exact same thing, acid, robotic, dark madness… One more track by his side project Analog Experience and that’s it! I was a DarkPsy fan. I was never able to get his debut album Fear, so I was really excited when I saw that he released a second album. Well, here it is. 1. The Pitching is just an intro, two minutes long just to enter to Jonathan’s world. Too small to comment it. 2. Ok, time for the first full track. If you’re familiar with DarkPsy’s style you will be surpsrised. Why? Well, the new DarkPsy album is not actually that dark! No, it’s not morning and yes it’s closer to the dark side of psy trance, just don’t except something extra spooky or really dark. Second surprise: He sounds more like full on than dark psy. Bad thing? It’s up to you, but I have to tell you that it’s 100% aggressive stuff and far-far away from the Israeli cheesy-ness. Active Dark Room’s opening has some Rammstein (I guess) samples and the bassline hits the floor. The bass is full on-ish for sure and not dark, but still powerful. Some acid for stretching and a very nice vocal-pad melody in the middle of the track. It’s a powerful track not something awesome though, but this vocal style melody is very good. 3. Stress has much more powerful bassline and kick and it’s darker. In the last two minutes we get some melodies in the Abomination style. There are some nice bass key changes too. Nice one. 4. Hard full on again, but this time much more acid. The first three minutes remind me a bit the old DarkPsy tracks, acid and dark. Then we get a bit more morning melody and the track explodes. Nice one, hard and acidic! 5. Things are getting better and better. Nord Is Back is one of the highlights of the album. If you like the South African psy you’re gonna enjoy this track a lot. Fast basslines, phat percussion, nice melodies and a great ending. Great stuff. 6. Fm Amount. Ok, things are getting very serious now. If you like hard psy this one is for you. The samples are perfect for this track. It sounds really fast, faster than the rest although it’s 148 bpm, just like most of the tracks here. Very fast acid, and very good pads too. Around minute three the bassline becomes very, very aggressive and a fast melody hits the floor. And before you realised it, boom! the melody transforms into acid! Madness! The rest of the track is very powerful with a destructive climax and even more power after that. Dancefloor destroyer… 7. The next track aint’t something great. Not dark at all and the melodies aren’t something great. Some good acid, but not something special. 8. The track with this strange title has a very groovy feeling in it. Again, it’s not dark, but it’s really rockin. Nice melodies here and believe it or not around minute three there’s a Infected Mushroom fairystyle style melody! Nice track, it made me smile. 9. Again a track that sounds really SA styled. The first two minutes are very good. This track is in the edge of dark psy. Kind of typical, but an ok track. 10. The Acid Dance is the track that sounds more typical ful on-ish than the rest. Again not a dark track, but this time it’s closer to morning psy. In spite the title it’s not that acid, but the melodies are ok. 11. Flashback is an ambient track and a very interesting one I have to admit. Besides the clubby sample the track is very good. Freestyle, atmospheric, with some nice wah guitars and nice percussion. Good one! Overall, it’s a good album. I was worried for the change of his style and I have to say that I prefer his previous dark style more. Thank God this album is really powerful and closer to the SA standards of full on. Actually, it really reminds me the Abomination style. Unfortunately, it suffers from the same disease that Abomination’s album suffered. Most of the tracks are kinda similar. Not their structure, but their sounds. They have the same ‘color’ if you know what I mean. Also, some tracks are mediocre without surprises. From the other hand it’s still powerful, still acid (very acid actually) and much more melodic than his previous works. Jonathan has the talent and if he works harder then we’re gonna hear great stuff by him. Till then I’ll be listening to Fm Amount… Fav: 4, 5, 6(!), 8

Oh yeah, I have completelly forgot her. One more: Is Ian Ion the first artist that wrote Psy Trance?
