I don't think that Psy is dead at all. Yeah, todays music has NOTHING to do with Old-School but I think we overdo with this Psy is dead blah,blah. 2004 was a great year for Psy for all of the genres. I see that some full on artists are using pure Old-School melodies in their tracks I see the same thing with some Progressive artists I see that Dark scene is getting better and better day by day and Hard Full On (S.Africa) simply kicks ass. And the most important Goa still exists!!! Some guys here are remind me some old-school artists. When they give an intreview they just complain about how Psy scene today sucks BUT they're writing crappy full on and boring progressive One of the reasons that todays scene is worst than 1994-1999 is because they stopped produce good music but they're complain today for the crappy 2004 scene! I'll say it again. Nothing can't beat OLD-SCHOOL but Psy-Trance is still here!

The great about Misted Muppet is the kick! I love the kick they use especially in their track "The Mist"

There is an AMAZING track with a sound like cat meowing in the middle of the track. The track is very hard but melodic and I first listened to it in 2000. As I said in the middle of the track there is a sound similar to a cat meowing together with the melody,I don't think it's a real meowing but it sounds like this. It has a climax in the last minutes which ends with an evil laugh ->boom-boom-boom-boom-HAHAHAHA I've made this question some years ago and most people said about Tim Schuldt- Red Hair Hospital.I thought that was the one cause it sounds a bit like Tim stuff. You know hard kick,evil melodies etc. But it's not the one! Any ideas?

Mi-Loony-Um! is wicked and it has a great intro but I can't say it's so great. Of course Simon was never of my best-best artists, so maybe this is why I don't like this track SO much. But yeah it's really good!

I think the best "ambiendelic" track he ever wrote is Sunshrine. Although it's a dance track is perfect to chill out and it has ambient sounds. I think it would be even better if it was 100% ambient.

What a track! What a masterpiece! AP was always one of my favorite group,They have so many superb tracks (Kabalah,people can fly) but this track..... I can't believe it. Great list man! Solid Insanity is a great track with surprising melodies The Pre-Determination is simply awesome and Shinjitzu the second best dark track of 2004 No comment about OSOM->The Best But where is Twisted System-Mad Method?(the best of 2004)

Kayseri-Phoenix is good! It's Alive is a hard,scary track.Very good! Ararat is a bit cheesy but ok. Best tracks from this guy are: Kayseri-Electric & It's Alive Phoenix-Last Mission & Finger Licking Yes I have also reacted to that about Phoenix and releasing on his own compilations. Especially about putting himself on "Best of DG". I didn't know he was the man behind Kayseri as well. However, I think both Kayseri and Phoenix have pretty decent tracks. Maybe they are simple and repetetive, but they have got feeling in them.
