  3. It's more melodic and 'mystical' than Derango, but less crazy.
  4. GasalSM you look a bit like Gaspar Noe.
  5. Technologic is one of the best albums ever made. I've never listened to Sustentator since back then it was only available through his label website. Psyring has a super track (Fusion Froide) two more ok tracks, but the rest is techno boredom.

It's made by Brian De Palma, that's why.

    Filmz Update

It's actually a typical modern war movie, but with aliens instead of terrorists. I give it 5/10.
  9. This is what I'm playing now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=607wDfYk27Q Pure 2D platform epic win!
  10. Actually Savage Scream is the original Japanese master.
  11. I have something fresh to add: Dragon-Spirals Of Time.

    Filmz Update

Another classic thread returns. Post about movies, series and stuff.
  13. Let the games end. PS. I won!
  14. So it was just an April Fools joke, huh? Who's laughing now bitch?
  15. What exactly is that psy-techno you mention? The last time I remembered psy-techno was back in 2001 with stuff like Spirallianz, Authentic, The Delta and stuff. I can't think any psy-techno today.
  16. YES! Very spacey and metallic. Unique sound. There are 2-3 fillers, but overall it's a great album.
  17. I was talking about minimalism as a trend. The groups I mentioned were the new wave of prog/psytrance, but overall the whole scene from 2000 to 2001 made a massive minimal turn. I remember going to parties and everything was too minimal and proggy. Then Full On came and took over everything as you said. This is why I believe that the period 2000-2003 was the worst for psytrance.
  18. I guess I am the only who don't give a shit about beatmixing and trasitions. Personally the only thing I demand from a good mix is a great selection of tracks.
  19. I'm not saying that these groups, labels etc are responsible for anything. Like you said every music has its turns and minimalism was one of them. I'm just saying that before Full On there was minimalism and how much it influenced artists. In just 2 years everything from the old days (melodies, multiple layers, euphoria, maximality, mystical samples etc) dissapeared. And like I said Psytrance never died. And yes you're right that without these cycles Psytrance couldn't be as diverse as it is today.
