You can't ban somebody cause you dislike him or his points of view...! There's nowhere in the rules....and he broke no rules to be banned for 1 year(permanent ban since 1 year is way too long).....even some of the mods admit that he broke no rules with his negativity...!

If you don't like to read our comments and opinion about Cinos ban....fine...find another forum then.... .....and since you pay nothing for this forum stfu as well...!! We're not bitching as you want to see it...! We talk our opinions about it....

This sounds like a lame excuse to me since you can't ban someone for such an unfair reason and then claim you did the right thing for him.....It was his choise to have this life, you can comment his lifestyle, but you can't force him to change it..... Does this sounds fair to you....?

You was against the ban, Moni was against the ban, Tatsu was against the ban....so the of the mods that wanted Cinos to be banned is DP, Insejn, Nemo, and Mars....right...? Bottom line..... Ban for 1 year is unfair...! It's also hypocritic to say "You're banned for a year, but after that you're welcome back...." don't you think...?

Can you please ask your friend the details of his case....? Why he couldn't ask for a second trial...? What he did was a minor "crime" according to the law (plimelima), so he could ask for a second trial (sto efeteio)..! Did he have a lawyer...? Who that lawyer was...? What were his lawyer's arguments at the court...! These are very interesting to know, (if you can get those info of course), cause i'm prety sure that this is a new law and there should be ways to manage to escape a conviction-with a good lawyer of course...! Pls get those info if you can, since he's a friend of yours it shouldn't be a big problem and let us know...!

I haven't heard of this....but the Greek authorities have to get rid of the people (tous maurous) selling cd copies all over Greece first and then they should try to find the individual people who just d/l music and they don't make any profit of it...! About your friend's case i'm sure he's the first one he had this kind of trouble in this country...! I'm sorry for him...! And since the court's decision cannot be the final one, he might be declared innocent, or pay less in the next trial(efesh), that he'll be stupid if he doesn't ask for one..! All in all, just think where you live...! In Greece...the country of chaos...!! You really think there will be more cases like your friend's in the next 5 years...? I doupt about it.....Anyhow...nobody will stop d/l because someone got arrested in Greece, that was sniched from his neighboor, and the final trial haven't took place yet...!
