  1. Yeah Tatsu, tut tut. Poor me.
  2. SEAL - Clubbed To Death Come on, you have to get it. Tell me you get it.
  3. Stephen Fretwell - Emily
  4. Sure it isn't SEAL? haha, get it? Sorry... I'll fetch my coat.
  5. London Symphony Orchestra - Kulu Valley
  6. You may be right, maybe on a subconscious level it's the bass that hypnotises me but conversely maybe on a subconscious level it's the treble that hypnotises you and others. That's the trouble with the subconscious mind, there's no genuine way of reading it.
  7. Here's the bottom line - bass on it's own for long peroids of time is boring and treble on it's own for long periods of time is boring. Like salt and pepper, the two are at their best complimenting eachother.
  8. I'm with Tatsu. I'm much more drawn and hypnotised by beautiful, winding, spiralling melodies than I am by the thud, thud, thud of bass.
  9. Music should tread every ground, some tracks should be fast, some slow, some full of breaks and some with none. Different styles suit different moods and stir different emotions.
  10. Some fiddle music on Irish radio.
  11. I know, I know...I'm being a baby I probably will go, just need to work out how much it's going to cost, and am wondering whther I'd be better off going to my brother's in Oxford on the Saturday instead of renting a crappy hotel room.
  12. Rolling Stones - Paint It Black
  13. Today I got - Richard Ashcroft - Keys to The World (Parlaphone)
  14. Still haven't decided if I'm going yet. If it was on on a Saturday it would be a no-brainer but the prospect of an all nighter immediately after a full week of work and a crappy 5 hour train ride is cause for concern.
  15. Shpongle - The Sixth Revelation
  16. May prove wise to hold off selling anything for twelve months or so. I went completely off trance music for a time, stopped listening to anything electronic for ages only to return to it with a new-found love and appreciation. Still, it's up to you.
  17. My sister-in-law told me Scarlett Johanssen's a bitch. They were close friends once, went to the same school, used to hang out together, went to the movies together etc. but shortly after she became a big movie star she abandoned her 'old' friends in favour of a richer and 'cooler' crowd. Kinda goes to show how shallow most celebrities are, they could all die tomorrow and I wouldn't care. Indeed it would be cause to celebrate. Imagine how much saner society would be without celebrity worshipping, imagine how much more room there'd be in newspapers to fill with real news, imagine no more crappy celebrity TV programmes, imagine no more moronic magazines devoted to the lives of celebrities lining the shelves. The world would be a much better place, I'm sure you'll agree.
  18. Shulman - The Unexpected Visitor
  19. I blame Detector.
  20. A loiterer, eh?
  21. Do you accept Paypal?
  22. Agreed. When it comes to fucking around with and electronically sculpting the human voice there are none better.
