I know that track. Indeed it is very good and matches the style I am looking for. I don`t know but when I replied to this thread I somewhere saw Rotwang mentioning something about Tandu. That is why I replied that way, it must have been in a different thread. When doing several things with many tabs opened at the same time, such things can happen.

It is absolutely the same to me aswell. I am a big psychedelic trance fan since I am 12 and I wish you will post more than usual because the forum is not as active as it used to be in the past. Just like you I am also a fan of the older releases til 2006, some new releases are worth listening, but not too many. I am not someone who is really a fan of the new school. that said I hope you will post threads with your favourite artists and tracks and how you like to listen to trance. Do you like to listen to a different type of trance during different seasons? Do you like to listen to downbeat aswell? That could be topics for your next threads.

I want to ask a question; Does the radio station play downbeat tracks that are mainly electronic and do not contain many vocals or singing? If that is the case, I should give it a try. Many years have passed since I havn´t listened to some beautiful ambient radiostation and I would be very pleased to discover new music with that radio station.

They are impressive but could have tried a bit harder on their last album. I listened to their current tracks on soundcloud and they are not that great though, they are typical full on.

If everything for you realtes to driving and plluting the environment, exhausiting fossil ressources than it is not a great view of the world.

Thanks for the recommendation but Tandu has ntohing to do with the msuic I am looking for. Tandu is israelic and has the characteristics of Israelic goa trance, being very melodic and having structures like Indoor and Oforia. Basically it is a mix between Indoor, Oforia and another Israeli artist. I am looking for music that is like Zodiac youth Remixes, like Killing Joke Remixes and similar? How are the Johann albums, are they good?

I listened to those tracks again and found that the melodies are very good but the structure is not that great. The climax could be much more complex and support the melodies, but the way they are the tracks consist only of one or two melodies, which is not enough to make them interesting enough

Ok, the tracks that were posted here are not to my taste. They are not trancey enough and remind me rather of some music of some old movies like terminator 1. The melodies and synthsounds are not really like goa trance and the tracks are not similar to crockett´s theme by Jam Hammer, so I don´t like them a lot.

UX is definatly rough but their tracks have too much going on in one track. They could fit neogoa very well, except the sound. The sound of UX is incredible and indeed has that rough characteristic like Eat Static somehow, but it is a bit too full. One track consists of such a build up and so many melodies, that it is not easy listening. Sandman on the other hand is a bit too hard for me except his Witchcraft project. I am wondering if Samdman has some softer tracks on his Sandman connection aswell, can you answer that question?

Thanks for your positive answer, ritual on. you absolutely describe how I feel and what the problems are for me. During the years I am on psynews (from 2005) I have noticed a big change in the forum. Many people, who were very active in this forum just dissapeared. The bad thing however is, that the forum did not get a lot of new users, who would replace the old users or do an addition to them. Many new users who registered on psynews don`t post frequently. For me it is strange how we had very active users in the past like Charilie, Oppie, Reger, Traveller, Acido, Rezwalker and many more, who were very active in the past, but don`t have many active users after let´s say 2010. All new users who registered to this forum are by far not as active as the users we had back in 2005 - 2008. Can anyone think why we don`t have such active users, who registered in the last two years?

I know I know. Lately my mood is not very well so I am sorry for acting like that. I don`t know what is going on with me but lately I got quite a rough person. For me it would be really great if all of us could just stick closer together and be nice to each other.

What do you think about fog? For me it is a really beautiful and enjoyable state of the weater and I mis it here in the town I am staying in Bulgaria. 50 kilometers to the north we have some highlands and there is a lot of fog there during the morning. Fog is a state of the weather that really makes me relax and feel great. A friend of me said, that mountains give him a feeling like there is more time, like the time is moving slower. I get a similar feeling like that when ther is fog. I am really relaxed and can think very well. Fog calm me down and let´s me forget about the stress, especially when it is cold and the trees are covered with ice cristals. It is really beautiful to have fog at the moring and later the day recieve some sun. Dynamic winter weather a really rise up the mood for some people becase you see something is going on, something is changing. Also fog and snow are some beautiful states of the winter weather and are really relaxing. What do you think about fog in autumn and winter?

But that is not a nice intercurse. I think we should adapt to each other, while any of us is giving something from hisself in order to fit in the community. I do something to contribue to the community and stopped posting threads about my sexual interests and started being more friendly towards others. But in gereal the forum becomes more and more inactive, it is probably not even the fault of one user, like you put it. You want to say I am faulty that the forum becomes more and more inactive. That is really a big claim. I think the forum becomes more inactive because less and less people are interested in such kind of music.I think, how it looks now, the forum will become even less active in future. One thing that makes me angry is however that you and some others say, they don´t want to discuss the music of the past and discover something new. There is so much good music from the past that it is worth discussing it. Not all people are familiar with that stuff for 20 years. I am familiar with most goa trance just since 2005, when I got my internet connection, so for my the situation is quite different to you. Whenever I read something about the old artists I am pleased and really love to contribute to it. I like to honor the old artists and I like to discuss goa trance in general.

I guess both of us, since you know that when there is trouble mostly both parties have some fault. You say I talk only of old artists. I am free to talk to a lot different artists old or new but I am just no that pleased with newschool goa trance. For me there is not even enough talk of oldschool goa trance. Another strange thing you mentioned is, that I behave the same. So I have to adapt in order to suit your rules of society? In my opinion you have to adapt a bit and I have to adapt a bit. My behaviour is not entirely wrong and yours not entirely right. I am tired of hearing how I have to adapt and get down to the behaviour of everyone else instead of being an individual and being different just like goa trance people. If I don`tplay the game with certain kind of humour, certain kinds of expressions and certain believes I am the one who has to adapt. I don´t entirely think so.

I don`t see this forum becoming more active again. It is really on a low these days, sometimes 8 hours can pass without one post in the general section or in the offtopic section. I see that I have to look for other places and people to discuss goa trance. I allready found a few but I find it a big shame that after all the efforts the forum did not get more popular.

It is just a definition, just a word that can be different for anyone. You know what I mean so we don`t have to debate about this. Either recommend something that fits my description or stay out of this thread, I really don`t have the wish to ruin this thread with long and senceless debates.

I only know old Goasia and liked it. The newer Goasia is unfamiliar to me.

Goa sia is very good and I think he is better than Filteria, but that is taste. Filteria is a skilled artist in what he is doing but to me the music is a bit bright. The layers have many high frequencies and sound too saturated, but that again is typical for newschool goa trance.
