  1. I mainly wanted to create it for fun and in order to make a site that looks great. you forget in your post that some people search for trance, regular trance or the act trance. When they enter my page because of some keywords they will read about goa and psytrance, try the music out and maybe stay. That is a chance.
  2. Well I can still do it onl ym own webspace then. I don´t think I have to be that experienced since I know a lot of the important artists and their tracks. What stories are you talking about by the way? When I ask for some opinions on goa trance and what people feel for this or that track, where they go when they listen to this or that I get a few unexplaining words that say, "that track puts in into space" or I see psychedelic colors when listening to it" For a webpage the explanation for one good album has to be a whole page at least. I am not interested in parties and do not connect them to the music. Parties are important but I don´t have big desire to go to a party mainly because of the extreme volume that ruins my ears. Parties and partytalk are in my opinion at least not that important to get new listeners to goa trance. But ofcourse you have the right to share your opinion and you are right that I don`t have that much experience. My goal is to make a site where I explain why psychedelic and goa trance is worth listening and that it puts you into a state of trance. The main goal is to get a bigger audience listen psychedelic trance and ambient if possible.
  3. I have a life, it does not include spamming and mocking other users for example, which your life does include.
  4. He just doesn´t want music focused only on brilliant sound.
  5. One thing you must know about this genre is that it is hard to find a lot of similar music. There are very little tracks I know that are like Shpongle. Simon Posford is a true master and is unique in it´s sound. But the new psychill is not like that. It sounds way too shiny and digital just like newschool goa trance. The new artists desire to have a brilliant sound so much that they only care about brillinat glitches, strings and beats instead of producing real music like Shpongle. In my opinion you will have some success finding similar to shpongle when you check out British artists. The Twisted label has a lot of good music and you can check all colaborations with Simon Posford. Ott is similar in sound aswell, it is Psydub but it reminds a lot of Simon Posford. The producer Ott and Simon Posford are very good friends.
  6. Hah, isn`t it strange that noone answers in this thread? I don`t want to grab anyones money and allready have plans for doing it myself. I just opened the thread to ask what others think about and if somoene wants to support me in some way. Writting the proper content is not difficult for me and I can deliver lot´s of good content. It is important to make goa and psychedelic trance more popular so on that page I will try to inform people and make them listen to that stuff. We will see if it works. A great thing would be to link them to this forum so the community gets bigger.
  7. So in this thread anyone should list goa tracks that are unfamiliar in general but liked by yourself a lot. That way we can introduce others of our less known favourites and help others discover more great music There is no need to limit to five tracks only, you can post more or less of your unknown favourites. But I´d say not more than 10 at a time in order not to loose fovus of each track. Five of my unknown favourites are Climax Absolute - Torrero hallucine (Recommended by Oppie) This is one of the best goa trance tracks ever Zerotonine - Lunatic Chris Zeppel - Etemun Byble Millenium - Skywalk baba g - dig a jig
  8. Cause I have only one goa trance friend that I talk more often with. I have contact with some artists aswell but they don`t want to come here.
  9. The quality is not really the best. Track is good but production quality is not that great. I prefer Millenium over that.
  10. and I just like Jazz and Jazz influences in any music. @Shpongled247 I am especially interested in the tracks that sound like Infected mushroom.
  11. I just found one track of Terrafractyl in my musicarchiv and like it a lot. It sounds very similar to Infected mushroom and is almost the same I would say. it is psychedelic and dreamy just as infected mushrom old stuff. The track is called Milkweed? Are there more such tracks from him? If I would not know it is Terrafractyl I would say it is Infected Mushroom
  12. I am planning to create a site specially for goa trance. I want to create a site with really lots of pages with content about goa trance. The site should describe goa trance in general and how it alters the mood and feelings and why it is so good. It will have explanations of different styles of goa trance (different moods like melancholic, uplfiting, morning, aggressive...) and artists who have created tracks in that style It will have explanations of some big artists and why they are woth listening The site will not have big biography of artists or party talk. It will be focused on the music and why it is so great. I am opening this thread in order to ask, if anyone wants to support me, for example provide some webspace. It would be a great thing if anyone provides the webspace and the forum is mentioned in the site. Maybe I´ll need help in creating it, since I have no clue about HTML, only some basics, which is why I will use graphical editors. I will deliver the content and the content should not change a lot except correcting spelling and grammer. What do you think about this idea, is anyone interested?
  13. I want to introduce you into an amazing Greek track and am sure Ormion will list others aswell. This track is called Millenium - Skywalk and was always one of my all time favourites. I have a few Greek people in my facebook and even they don`t know about this artist. This is a very powerful goa trance track that has nothing to do with Nitzhonot and I like it a lot. What is your opinion about this track? The artist has a few other tracks and they are excellent aswell.
  14. Unbelievable, sometimes noone posts for 5 hours or more. This si something that would not have happened during the psynews years. This is really unbelievable and show this forum is inactive. Not many new members register altough Annoebis told he will try to make the forum more popular.
  15. Is it similar to this stuff? Did you hear the linked tracks at all?
  16. Some tracks are poor, but what do you think about Son de Aqua, Genetic Evolution, Chill E and Dreaming? While the other tracks are not very good I think these tracks are true masterpeaces and really are able to put you into a journey. The tracks selective waves and Ojo de Agua are also pretty good in my opinion. In my opinion they are great for listening on cold and sunny winterdays, when the heating is turned on, you hear the very quiet monotone noise of the computer and your eyes are dry because of the dry air in the room. I really like that. They are not only good during the winter, but work best for me during that time of the year.
  17. There is an impressive remix for call on me but unfortunately I only heart it on one road video and never managed to find it elsewhere. All other remixes suck compared to that one. Listen at 16 50, the remix is impressive, also the Vannos ala playa Remix. That is how Pop music should be remixed in my opinion.
  18. Oh really, I just listened to it. Impressive, I did not know such a version even exists. I must get it emidiatelly. Edit, it could be a bit more varried.
  19. That track is at least 135 bpm so it can`t be a downbeat track under no circumstances.
  20. Man, get along with cricits. You have several goa trance tracks inside your quiz and label them ambient and downtempo. For you the right speed in goa trance is 150 bpm I guess, everything beyond 140 is allready downbeat for you. So don`t emdiatelly whine when someone shows that you did include goa trance in your downtempo thread.
  21. Posts like yours are not even needed after 19 hours 25 mins.
  22. Some of those tracks are not downtempo like track 22.or 47
  23. What do you think about stuff like this album here? http://www.discogs.com/Lunar-Sound-Electric-Plants/master/346620 www.youtube.com/results?search_query=lunar+sound+&sm=3 For me this is one of the most dreamy and advanced works of music ever. I know this album for a very long time and I really love the freshness of this album together with the deeply calming parts of some tracks. For me this music is fresh sounding wintermusic that absolutely fits the winter. The modern sounds also remind me of modern technology like rooms with many monitors, futuristic consoles and futuristic like tubes. This is a very alive selection of ambient music and clearly does not sound comcercial at alll (unlike many other new ambient comercial works). Every track is very varried and tells a story through a big climax. Each track goes through different types of moods and really gives the listener a deep music experience. Only the selection of synthesizzers is a bit limited and could have been broader. But otherwise I like it a lot. What do you think about it and do you know similar stuff? Edit: Ok, I know that some of the vocaltracks are not the best, but the songs with little or no vocals are really trippy.
  24. No, it is not a joke, it is what happened to me several times.
