The problem for getting little fame of those artists is the music tiself. it sounds very digital and soulless, so not many people like it. If the sterile style will be replaced by something really interesting and changing I don't see newschool artist not becoming legends.

This is not the best track by Astral Projection but it is a pretty good track from them, it is a great meldoci track and has different style to normal goa trance, Astral experimented with different melodies and rythm here, so it is aktually a very good track by them. It is very amateur and it sounds unfinished, almost any track of it. but I have talked with many friend and here on the forum and they agree it does sound old. I did not say anything more, I did not say it is great or finished music, did I? I don't care what you or others think about my music, because I am man enough to know it is not great nor is it really good or finished, it is just some experiments with poor mixing. But I like how Reger dares and stands up to say that what is going on with suntrip and newschool is not really allright. Since it is a completely different style to me than real goa trance. Filteria does not sound to me like real goa trance, he sounds like newschool goa trance and it is far away from real goa trance. Look at the old albums by MFG; Astral, Etnica/Pleiadians, Hallucinogen, Ayahuasca, youth, EU, Indoor and many more. Their tracks are complete tracks, fully thought out and with proper climaxes and breaks and everything to have tracks that really tell a story. The tracks have enough sounds to sound complex but do not have so many sounds that the brain gets cconfused and the music sounds dizzy and overcrouded. That is a big problem with newschool. Also the soft sound of the new music shows that the artists use the mainstream synths and don't probably even edit the presets. Since the newschool leads sound exactly like some preset leads on albino, z3ta, Vanguard and the likes. Absolutely soft and absolutely digital. I really hope that the complaints of me and reger and some other people who have complained like the American guy whose name I can't remember will make suntrip and newschool artists rethink a bit so they try harder to sound like real oldschool goa trance with the right mix of layers, synths sounding analogue and not digital like Albino or z3ta presets and proper climaxes, but I think that will not happen. Especially nwo we complained they will on porpuse produce digital sounding nweschool. And about my music again, if you tell me it is crap, you don#t say anything new, Rotwang.

You are absolutely right reger, Filteria is absolutely a wannabee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is sooo true, and you are so right that suntrip and he himself were pushing it extremly much that he sounds like pleiadians. I think you can say you sound like someone, if you really sound like him, you can say you sound similar, but not that you sound exactly like that artist and not push it all the time and also the label so the fame rises. Filteria is uncreative music with lots and lots of layers which is typically copy and paste. Add one melody, duplicate the channels several times, copy and paste the melody, edit it, appregiate it and add some filter and alter the gain and you have Filteria cheese. But you know what, it even worked out for Filteria and Suntrip, he is in fact very fammmous and is by far the most fammous newschool artist. And his style now will be copie by later newschool artists who will produce fast bpm trance with 500 layers, no breaks and one melody after the other so a track contains 20 different melodies not connected to each other and the brain has a hard time memorizing the melodies and confuses.

Clubbing is something different, when people see you swimming alone they might laugh. Also I would not take an mp3 player and listen music while I am lying in the shadow, I don't want to isolate me that much that I don't hear what people talk and if someone comes to ask me a question.

That is absolutely true, using someone else's name to get more hits is dumb, even though his music does not really sound like Etnica or Pleiadians in my opinion. I really am rady to listen to him and say good things about Filteria, but he just is not my cup of tea with 500 layers playing simultaniously and the soft newschool sound.

It is not important if it comes out for free or not. I am ready and willing to spend money on good music. I would even donate free albums, I want to give some money and support the artist for good music, but let's see how the tracks will be, the music was fine but the kickdrum was odd somehow.

Filteria is very fammous among goa and psy fans and is one of the most fammous newschoolers around, he gets metnioned everywhere on forums and I think his music is a bit commercial for sure.

But you have to admit that today's users really try hard to follow the newschool bandwagon, I tried with many artists and in the end I ended up listening oldschool. The artists use the kick, strings and leads taht are typical for newschool, there is no artist today that makes a track like Kabalah, People can Fly, The feelings, When we Dream, Own the World and similar, tehy always produce newschool kind of stuff and people skip I can't understand why there is nothing new that really sounds like oldschool, I mean really like oldschool. Only my few tracks I created do sound like oldschool but that is all I heart from today's stuff. I really hope there are or will be artists taht will produce music sounding absolutely like oldschool, but I am not optimistic about this.

Just this morning something strange happened to me. I was listening to the tv and I knew what they will say berfore they said it, altough I did not know the context. It was a sentence "die liwitten lesen" in German which means something like, talk clear or something like that. Anyway, I thought about that sentence 2 seconds before they said it on tv the first time, that really scared me somehow, because that could mean that I and other humans can look up the future at least short time future. A few days ago a girl looked back tome, knowing I was looking her from behind, atloguh she could not see it with the eyes. That means that telepathic skills may exist aktually, sinc ethat is one kind of telephatic skill humans have according to magazines.

I find this very interesting and hope that mroe people will post about such stories, so we can really get better theories whether there is something behind our normal reality and science or not.

Yes, but the old computers managed to run the software well. Listen to my tracks on Radish2 audio channel, all tracks except the two above are from 2005 done with an Athlon 64 3500+ and there was even power for mroe sounds and effects, I even added many mastering effects. So altought he cpus where not very fast at that time, they were pretty good for music making, an Athlon FX at that time or a multi cpu motherboard when dual cores did not exist would have given almost unlimited processing power even back in the year 2003 or 2004. Modern computers have many times more potencial, so you can use better synths but you were not really restricted at that time. In my opinion most artists nowadays don't know how to use the synths anyway, at least in goa trance and psy. The very soft and digital sounding synths and the soft and not driving kickdrums have hardly any punch and dynamics so it is hard to listen. but the soft and digital sound might be wanted and forced by the labels and artists do not really wish to produce music that way: It is not that difficult to get the sound similar to hardware, but newschool sounds very digital to me.

Oldschool sounds real, newschool is unedited presets of shitty vsts like Albino or similar, those synths are wosrse than freeware and sound anything like analogue. Newschool sounds soft but it sounds very soft and very digital, it is because they use bad synths like albino or z3ta, instead of using some good vst like jx16, junglist, hydra, minomonsta and similar. And to Rotwang, 2004 F Studio 4 came out, also some good cubase, they had almost the same possibilites like todays software, also many good vsts out there like the mda jx 10, which sounds more analgue than any Albino or z3ta crap.
