The technology is similar for ten years now. Ten years ago almost everything was there aswell, hosts, vsts, effects, now they are just newer and more choise but the vsts then were not bad at all and the possibilities where nearly the same, so it was not much different.

This is before Bansko looking to the west. High Pirin to the left and high Rila to the right almost seem to merge at Predela. So you see both mountains there nad the big beautiful field in the middle, a turly great place.

I've been in Bansko a lot of times and it is beautiful, the mountains there are not the most impressie in Bulgaria but pretty good indeet. it is a great place with mountains and flatness, they have both, also it has beautiful mountain river flowing through Bansko and it is a very relaxing place. I really like it and it could be a nice place for a café, but it is not very big and maybe in a bigger town there could be mroe success. There is beautiful landscape in predela, 10 km west of Bansko where the peaks and slopes are much steeper than in Bansko, not as high but steeper so you can see the peaks just below the mountains, the rocky peaks, the Pirin mountain is beautful, as is the Rila. And Bansko is a paradise anyway, you see the Rila mountain in the north and the steep Rodopi hills in the east, the big fields make Bansko really a place like in The alps, where you have high mountains in any direction and a big field in the middle, you should visit it, Bansko has also so beautiful girls, just priceless. The extremly smooth road that connects the high fields with the lower fields and the nationalroad to Greece is extremly smooth. So living in those high lands you have, steep rocky mountains in any direction, Rila, Pirin, Rodope, extremly smooth mind boggling roads. Beautiful vegetation in the high lands, priceless girls, cafès with shiny interior and furniture and exterior so you think it is very luxurious. Now the roads are not that important, but other things are definatly great. I tell you, what else do you expect, the area around Bansko is paradise for sure.

Artistically I don#t know of any other trance and ambient act that comes even close to the complexity if hallucinogen and shpongle. The tracks have so many things going on, alone the voice clipping with effects as flanger or similar is a thing most other artists are lazy to do. The sound of ahllucinogen and shpongle sometimes appears old to me but musically they are impressive. Name any other artist that is as complex and diverse in msuic as Simon Posford. I don't know of anyone, compared to him other artists are very generic and linear. There are a few others- Jorg on Mushroom - the Messanger for example is very good, but really a handful of artists are so diverse and unique, that is why he owns such a great respect in the scene.

the soundcould track is indeet very good, it is very similar to etnica indeet but not better. Hope to see an album in this style, would be great.

So now I will list the most autentic goa tracks that have the most autehntic goa lead, and i am wondering if anyone knows similar tracks and what you think about those tracks and the leads. The tracks are Astral projection - Life on Mars Lead starts at 6 00 Astral Projection - Still on Mars Lead starts at 4 36 Electric universe - Alien Encounter Par 2 Lead starts at the beginning of song Electric universe - Alien Encounter Part 1 Lead starts at 6 22 Those leads are all similar in sound and represent a really unique goa sound, I really like this sound and tried to recreate such a sound, failing. What do you think about the tracks and especially this sound? ARe there any other similar tracks with this lead in old or newschool. For me this is the definition of goa trance.

I am not disrespetful to anyone who does not share my music view, but I am against people who complain all the time about an artist and want the artist to be exactly like they want to, a bit of evolvement, but not too much, too much is bad, no evolvement is bad aswell. Astral Projection made a little evolvement in Amen and many here hate it. Shpongle stays how they were in the past and people hate it aswell, so what is right. If you and a few others here want the music to sound exactly like they want it to, it would be best to produce it yourself.

    Ofcourse not, but on one side people here are constantly asking for an evolvement, make a big drama because shpongle has no new sound, now they get their evovement with Astral and then they leave the most nasty comments. It is not pausible to me how that can be when even amen has a few normal goa tracks like Nexus and Amen. But generally I see how harsh people are on artists, complaining about Shpongle, complaining about Astral, it is unbelievable. I complaina bout newschool, but I complaina bout the whole style, not complaining marginal changes of an artist like changing melody style to normal trance on a few tracks. I am not forcing you to like, but the harsh words against Astral and Shpongle hurt.

It was liked less than the older releases but I like it just as much, because it is good to have a change aswell.

How are they in sound, more like newschool with lots and lots of layers or are some of the releases thinner in sound aswell? If all are with 200 channels playing at a time it is not worth checking.

Not all goa and psytrance remind me of nature and seasons, some reminds me of computers or some reminds me of psychedelic colours like an visualisation. Some old stuff reminds me of old wooden tables and chairs, old buildings and similar. I just don#t like to think about Space a lot since space is not hostile at all.

Not true at all, for me Amen is not any worse than the older stuff aktually. And they basically did the same as on any other old album, they used the same sounds, basslines, filters, a few more than on older tracks. The only thing they did is replace the strong goa trance melodies with mroe trance like melodies, where I don't see any problem, since they did it well and I like the normal trance melodies aswell. And by the way Nexus Amen Technodrome 1000 000 years from now Chaos all do have the normal Astral melodies like earlier, only the toher tracks have different melodies, taht are closer to Burning up in stlye, where is the problem there? While ofcoruse I undertand that Ten is crap I never really saw how Amen is, I like lighter melodies in trance aswell.

Ah I pexpected people to think of similar stuff like me that reminds them of summer. But most goa and psytrance seems to remain you about space. i don#t know why people are so opsessed with space, space is bad, it is hostile, no air to breath, extrem cold, I don't want music to remind me of space, maybe of other planets, but not just plain space with stars. For me usually bright sounds remind me of bright and sunny days, positive melodies give feeling of good times and are energetic and uplifting, darker sounds and melanchoic melodies give me darker feelings. That is it how i think it anyway, but Jaia is summer time music for sure.

I hope it will be similar to ineffable mysteries, that album was probably their best, the last album can not copare to that masterpeace. Alone the track ineffable mysteries is superb.

Since I like to talk in English anyway and since some people can benefit from it I am wondering if I should record a video telling people which goa trance tracks and artists are the best for beginning for example. This could be listed here on the first page in order to introduce people quickly into goa trance and ambient. On ym channel radi6404 there are allready videos where I am talking about computers so you get an idea. What do you thin about it?
