There are no topics about those artists but they are appreciated a lot. They are being mentioned in any goa trance appreciation topic as being some pioneers of goa trance, but Boris Blenn is mentioned less. That is no problem but I really think he is underrated.

Some tracks are good but they sound a bit simple and repetative to me. The production quality is pretty bad however and only a few sounds playing at the same time, but maybe that is their style. But it is good goa trance, very acidic.

that is true, the groove on his tracks is just insane and a lot of people who did not listen to goa trance or are no main goa listeners always confirmed that his tracks are great, Over the years I have noticed that there have been a lot of tracks which I love a lot where created by Boris Blenn. His side project endroa, I have been amazed when I saw that that is Boris Blenn aswell. Or the side project Rainbow spirit. I don#t even think most tracks are repetative, there are repetative tracks but also some that are not very repetative. Joy is not a very repetative track but it is extremly good, In my opinon and no only mine boris Blenn was the definition of Goa trance, since he wrote some of the best melodies of all goa trance and he created some of the most moving forword tracks, tracks that have a deep feeling inside and really tell a story. Feelings as euphoria, love and other deep feelings awake after listening Stardiver, Sunset Skyline, Joy or Galaxia ot name a few only. The ambient tracks he released are generic indeet, but they are incredibly good.l

I have always been wondering why there is so little talk about Boris Blenn, he is one of the best or was one of the bes artists and has produced some of the best goa trance and amibent tracks. There are som many good tracks by him with different artist names that I am wondering why noone talks about him. His tracks have always incredible melodies and synthlines with use of the Juno 106. The new moderation in psynews is indeet very good, tolerating everything and giving warnings on a human level. Ismall fights and arguments are not deleted and warnings given but the mods wait tilt he arguments are solved, I find that great. The fact that there are no huge threads about general stuff in the offtopic but you can open a thread about whatever you want is something that not a lot of forums aloow. Only really big commnunities like KVRaudio allow such things but many computer tech forums have 10 huge threads about general offtopic and you have to post there. Most offtopic stuff is deleted.

I don't listen that much to new tgoa tracks but in my opinion the music is what matters, not the mastering, Astral projection, Electric Universe, MFG, Hallucinogen, all those and many more had good enough mastering for me to lsiten to them for so long and I stil listen to them, the newer tracks might have better mastering but if they do not sound ithat good the mastering would not save anything. I don#t like most of newschool stuff. When I listen to the latest shpongle and compare it to the first album the production quality is much higher but many tracks of the latest shpongle are fine aswell. and somehow I think the bad production quality of some oldschool tracks made them even more itnersting to lsiten to, the background noise, some peaking here and there, some sharp synthsounds, that made the music sound even more alive and better than steril mastering. For example illumination by mfg, a very muddy track but it sounds great, I don#t even know if it would sound better with a great mastering.

I also hear very well when my ears are cleaned. Since I don't think a lot of people would find mediamonkey over headphones too loud when it plays at one third. But if I don#t keep my ears clean I do not hear that good after time.

I would not have thought MFG would get such a high rating. But indeet they are very close, MFG is very atmospheric and great.

having dissabillities with one sence is always bad, I don#t see very well, I find it normal since I am burn like that but if I have had normal sight I probably would find it bad. Having good eyes and ears is important but some people have dissabilities with one or another.

That is a very old track and not played anymore today. But the other DJ BOBO tracks, most of them are rather crappy. I posted it to show that a lot of Pop music uses similar notes and basslines for their songs aswell.

It has the atmosphere, pattern and basslines that are being used in almost any Pop track that has been released after that and that is being released. Ok there are some variations of Pop music today like the rocky side of Pop music, Maroon 5 and so on, but for example Pussycat Dolls, Rihanna and many many more use very similar notes on their basslines and melodies than this very song, I thought DJ Bobo was a small light when it comes to Pop music but when I listen to the notes of the bassline and the melody line and the strin and compare it to today's Pop songs it is so similar that today's Pop songs could ahve used music like this for the origin. the track has so much warmth and feeling to it that no matter when I listen to it it emidiatelly moves me in the summer at a warm country like Serbia or Italy when it is August and you enjoy the strong and warm sun going down and see the beautiful horiion with blue and red as color and ofcourse a beautiful thin girl, summer romance as they say in this song. I know that DJ Bobo has released a lot of crap and I even did not like him a lot, however this track is is very pure and in my opinoin it is the definition of today's Pop music. When you listen to Nelly Fortado for example you wil find similar melodies, strings and baslsines in most of her tracks. The basline of this song is aktually very very good, altough the song is very old the bassline sounds extremly crisp and extremly dynamic, it really makes you moving and makes the song so much better, not a lot of songs have such a dynamic bassline at all. The rapping of DJ Bobo sounds very prezise, much more prezise than most rap songs in my opinion. If anyone is interested, songs with similar atmosphere and built up. Andromeda is ot a dark track at all. The melodies are very uplifting and happy so dark is not a term in musical langauge you can use for that track at all, I can't understand why wrong vocabulary is being used in this forum to explain musical terms. Instead of saying dark you could say the track does not have a lot of synthlines playing at high frequencies, since people seem to mean that by dark here, tracks that do not have a lot of sounds with high frequencies. But dark at least in Germany and in Bulgaria means a track with sad and negative mood towards it which Andromeda is not at all. If you thin Andromeda is a track to provoke negative feelings than you should type in sad music or listen to some metal tracks by Rammstein for example or other bands, however most Rammstein stuff is not very dark. so Andromeda is not a dark track at all.

At the same lever are Uk, Israel and Germany. UK delivers most good stuff I think, Simon and Martin are enough for an explataion, Germany has Boris Blenn and other bands like S.U.N. project, Israel has a lot of emotional stuff, Astral Projection, MFG, Oforia and many more.

Yes, but when you start hearing a lot with earphiones again the great hearing will go away. But after the cleaing you have hard time walking on a busy road because of the imense volume.

Are there any good melodic the Delta tracks? something like the Transwave remix or something like Travelling at the speed of thought? I like those tracks a lot but the toher tracks I have heart were not as melodic, however I did not listen to many tracks of the Detla yet. Are there any good ones?

Believe is the only track I like, all other tracks sound very strange to me, strange bassline, strange sounds. Believe is done with Simon Posford so it sounds much different.

if you clean your ears you will find a youtube video on the quietest setting very loud and anything higher will be too louf gor you.

This is a very good and melanchonic sounding track of California sunshine. I like it a lot. 8 / 10
