^^, that is how it should be, Mars. The very first song I have ever heart as real Goa Trance was Electric universe - electric Pulsation. We were at some relatives, some cousins with my first grade cousin and another cousin put in a cd called Trance Asia Express. I did not know what it is but I heart it. I have been wondering what that stuff is and my mind was playing crazy. Electric Pulsation played a bit and I was putting the stereo louder and louder until people there said I should not overreact. I was blown away so much that I took the cd with me and listened to it 14 days every day. Until that day, it was August and I was 12 my musical taste changed from standart techno stuff to goa trance for good. And the good thing is, goa trance still sounds as magical to me as it always did and I still love Electric universe - electric pulsation from the master Boris.

Ecaxtly, I mean melanchoic, in german it is called melanhonisch, that is why I thought it is melanconic. you are very right about that, Granada is a very energetic but also very melanchoic track, it is a great combination indeet. but the Blue Planet corp track is not a melanchoic track for me, at least it is not such a strong track as Granada and the melanchony is far less. I guess when I aks for melanchoic Oforia will be suggested, but Oforia is very melanchoic and dark, some tracks are very good, however even Oforia does not match the drive of Power source - Granada, it is a very energetic track and that is what I really love about it. however Oforia - soil is a very melanchoic track.

the full on track is not my cup of tea. It is fresh and has some atmosphere, but the full on bassline ruins it. to call that goa trance is a shame I think, since that has not that much to do with goa trance. I would give that track a rating of no more than 3/10

No, when I say melanchonic I mean melanchonic and your taste is in fact very weird, to me at least. I find Muses rupt - spritual healing emotional and happy, it gives me positive feelings, not negative, melanchonic is a feeling that is more in the direction of negative and sad, which is what Granada is like. Granada is indeet very energetic, but it is also melanchonic, when you lsiten to it, it gives you cold feelings and makes you a bit sad. Human blue - protonica for exampl is another track that sounds happy to me, it is a bit like angelic particles and it is rather happy and light, it is not very melanchonic for me aktually. I guess you find Indoor - vertigo melanchonic aswell. I do not find Indoor - vertigo melanchonic for example.

So in Goa Trance we have pure Goa tradcks, stuff like Electric Universe - Stardiver, than we have uplifting Goa tracks like most of Astral Projection stuff, Dancing Galaxy album for example and more and many more emotional states of goa tracks. And we have the melanchonic tracks from which the most fammous one probably is Power source Granada. this track is so special, I have not heart anything that moving and melanchonic like that track. The track is so moving and driving as if you have ad a whine and listen to it after, but altough it is melanchonic it is positive somehow. the track could be described like very dark clouds with snow falling and the sun shining at the other edge of the sky, lots of humans outside moving and somehow you feel happy and sad at the same time, It is very colorful in it's atmosphere and as if you look back at the years of your life but still not too negative, are there any similar tracks to that masterpeace of which you know? What do you think about that track. There are impressive goa tracks for each mood but this Goa track is just special and would not fit on a compilation consisting of Astral Projection and mfg or indoor tracks at all. It is way too driving and deep as to fit in such a compilation.

Hi Oppie, you aren't here often. The texas faggot is not a track I like a lot. The voice sample is way too cheesy and ruins the song in my opinion. what is it at all, trance? I can not rate it higher than 3 /10, nothing personal against you.

I like Goa Trance with negative parts a lot, that is why I like the last minutes of Sirius shuttle. I am not a fan of Shakra at all, don#t take it personal but I would rate your track 4/10. The typical shakra sounds are annoying to me and the melodies do not fit really well, the keys are choosen at random and there is no real rythm in the melody, I guess this is on porpuse, like some the Delta tracks where you can't figure out when the melody will change, but the Delta did it much better than shakra, so my raiting is 4/10

Alpahnaut - New shows, a very acidic track, The start is great and also the first minutes. The melody at the beginning is really good, but it should not have been used the whole song. The melodies appearing during that song could have been played without the beginning melody repeating all the time. Except trance lovers I don#t think anyone else would survive this song. It is too repetative with the start melody repearting all the time, that is why it deserves only a 5/10 rating from me at most. Without the starting melody repeating all the time the rating would have been much better. I think they do, a dog can control if it yalls loud or quiet, if it is high pitched or not very hig pitched or if it whines, so can control the pitch, he can yall faster or slower and make many noises, so that is not true. It is the same for cats, they can make many different noises.

Depths/No Hitz!, that is no progressive trance, I have that track aswell, it is pretty good, but it is not progressive, since Progressive does not have goa melodies.

I very good track here. I did not know of Human blue. It is enjoyable light goa Trance, it is very fresh and can be listened during travel. the song has 3 different stages which all sound good, the middle stage with the interesting electronic sounds, the last stage is the best with a nice melody and the chopped vocals in the background, which remind me of hallucinogen - Angelic particles. @Ormoin, I llove your Dracula trance song, it is exactly the kind of trance i like a lot. It is very emotional and has really a lot of atmosphere. It sounds a bit like winter and reminds me of dark November mornings or snow. It is also a track that is full of elements and not only one simple 5 key melody playing 10 minutes. Does that artist have more tracks like that? i would rate it 9 of 10 for sure.

Very itneresting topic. I liek the idea animals liking goa trance, the music is in fact very hypnotic and can move you and put you in different states of mind. But I am wondering how animals feel the music and if they know it is music at all or think there are some animals behind the speakers making the sounds. I often tried putting headphones on a dog but he did not like it at all. They hear 7 times better than we so ofcourse music should not be played loud when a dog is in the same room, we do not want to heart them.

S.U.N. project is not crap, they are some of the best in the whole Goa scene. some of the tracks they released are unique masterpeaces that mean a lot for me. I can think better when Ilisten to S.U.N. project, since they are extremly psychedelic in my opinion. I can think of awesome skinny girls with jogging pants for example or of incredible forests and mountain landscpaes. Tracks like: going with the Flow, Drosophila The Awakening, are tracks that are very psychedelic, acidic and are truly goa Trance tracks. When I first heart those tracks on radio poewrnet I was overly impressed by them, since they are true Goa Trance that can match with the best tracks of Astral melodywise, I don't know iof the rest of their stuff, but Drosophila album is more than impressive, great stuff.

it is pretty boring in my opinion. Best electric universe tracks are Galaxia, stardiver, sunset Skyline, Astral Voyager and a few more. Waves's best track is Spiral Galaxy.

I have the Spectral track allready, it is not bad. The artifact303 track is very nice by the way. it is not exactly according to my definition but I like the Astral style of them. Are there more tracks like that by Artifact303?

I don#t like Adrenalinum Drum a lot aswell. I like some tracks of him though. two more Elysium tracks to mention: Thunder Atmosphere good easy tracks, not too tribal.

Unfortunately i don#t know about the names of the tracks, especially Adrenalimum drum. About Elysium, Elysium - Interpretation of dreams Elysium - ance of the celestial beings Elysium - Subconciousness those are not too tribal and probably some others, but I have to boot on other SSD windows to listen to them since there is no mediamonkey installed on this SSD windows

some stuff by Adrenalinum drum is similar by the way, it is also light goa trance. some Elysium tracks are not bad aswell, the ones that are not too much jungle style.
