I think the track is nice. It has a lot of changes and different parts of melodes. The bassline is a bit off place but it is by far not a big deal, when I compare it to real full on basslines. I would accept Goa tracks with such basslines, altough real goa basslines are better. This sounds oldschool indeet but reminds me a bit off Astral projection and sounds a bitr colder than their older stuff, The older stuff could give me more I must say.

I thought such stuff is Goa Trance, since this is being released on the Yellow sunshine records compilations. It is a good style. I thought progressive trance is trance with supersaw synths and so on, here I am mistaken.

Nice comments, guys. There was a comparison between shulman and Ott in the old psynews days, how is he in comparison to ott in your opnion? When I checked in youtube some tracks I did not like it a lot, it is far from the Level of Ott's music. ott is an artist, that stays with your memories. hallucinogen in Dub, Blumenkraft, the other tracks, they are all incredible and very insightfull. you will not forget it when you first listen to Ott, ofcourse other memories matter, I associate memories of great music with girls and vice versa. And Simon Posford is incredible when it comes to goa and shpongle style.

it was not meant offensive, man. Where do you find an offensive word or phrase, I just wanted to hear people's opinions about Ott aswell, since he is a very respected artist and on youtube he is priced a lot.

Rotwang, your attempts to insult me are not working man. I just wanted to have a discussion or worship about Ott and other dub artists, like psynews had to have every day about this or another artist. There are far less discussions about artists going on here since the new psynews, havn't you noticed? And I don't find it friendly whne people react in such a way on my attempts to just have a bit artist talk like we used to have in the old days.

Yes, it was incorrect to not thank for the recommendations. but as such a fammous artist I expected people to say which tracks they like and which they don#t like. In the old days of psynews you would see a lot of replies about Ott. so i aktually think that the people arround here are not very interested in talking about the artists as they consider Ott the old stuff that is not worth talking about anymore.

so don't you folks think that Ott is a master? Which tracks of him do you find the best. After hearing a lot of Ott's tracks I must say that Hallucinogen in Dub is not his best stuff and he has much better tracks. My favourites for now are Rogue Bagel Rufkcopter Smoked Glass and Chrome Cley Hill Escape from Tube Hell but there are more. that I like, just those came to my mind. Are there any other artists worth mentioning that produce such kind of dub? I tried shulman but I did not like it at all.

so i did not know what artists are Scandinavian, I am sorry. Logic bomb and vibrasphere are very good artists indeet and are not repetative but are very creative artists with interesting tracks. I was referring to the newschool Scandinavian stuff. You have to agree that Ypsilon5 is not the best artist and his tracks are repetative. By the way, we know that Astral Projection is somewhat repetative. Listening to the track structure there are not a lot of key changes and other stuff happening in the tracks, I think even MFG is a bit better than that, but Astral's melodies are just impressive and give you a great mood, that is why I will always love them. Musically they are on the simpler side of goa trance.

I think people did not comment here because I talked too self contious about my track, I know it is not the best, but without talking that I am sure I would have recieved more comments about it.

Shame noone has comented this track altough it is my best track so far. at least mars could have checked it, as he3 has a goa trance label.

usually the Scandinavian Goa Trance is boring and repetative. As the landscape is, the music itself sounds cold and not very intersting, but Miranda for example is very good and emotional sounding. ypsilon 5 for example sounds cold and very repetative, the same goes for some other Scandinavian artists, but i am sure there is good stuff from there that I do not know.

In my library I just came across an impressive very dark and melanchonic Oforia downbeat track. I am wondering how many are there from oforia, or does someone know other producers who produce that kind of music. It is Oforia - Soil.

I like the new boris Blenn downbeat stuff, the electric universe stuff is not really my cup of tea I admit.

No, that track is not like the shiva chandra stuff, this track is like the tracks that can be found on Galaxy, though there are a bit similarities with the Milk Bar track from shiva chandra. But this track is way more melodic and deeper than the Shiva Chandra stuff. Koxbox - Searching for Psychoactive Herbs is a downbeat track in my opinion for sure. And for me ambient is not only beatless stuff with a bpm of 80.

I still might contact him though, to ask him why only 128 kb download is being offered.

Hi my Greek naighbour, those places are great, especially Hungary. i liek Hugary a lot, the landscape in Hungary is beautiful, it looks mediteranian and altough it is a flat country it still looks great. Vienna or Wien is also very nicen, never been in the town myself, but the landscpae is good looking there. I don#t know about Bratislava though. You may consider going to holiday in bulgaria sometime, there are great mountain valleys in the rila mountain where you can enjoy going to really great mountains landscapes that are not far away from the Greek border. Anyway, i am happy you are well off in Greece and i wish Greece all the best, since I like the country and have big respect fro Greeks and the music they produce, so Greece is a beautiful country and should recover from the crysys in my opinion.
