The music is some very nice natural ambient/healing music but kudos to the super cheap cover. The random Japanese characters are funny on the out case it says ミカ　マンツラ　mika mantsura and on the inner case it says ミガ　マンツラ　miga mantsura neither of which come close to yoga mantra

I was fully prepared to be disappointed by this but M-Sphere has picked up where he left off but evolved his sound so it sounds like him yet fresh & up to date.
