Fair enough! I've never actually used a download site like that. I'm sure the service is fair but I like that personal touch like you are dealing with people not just the internet.

That's good full on. Full on is not bad in itself, it's just that most of what is made is crap. I would recomend scorb. I found the self titled album very nice, energetic & melodic at times.

It's not the music I'm talking about. I have been amazed by the service from those guys!!! It is so amazing I really want to buy more from them. Service that brings you back is rare in this day & age

If you ask I guess you probably are. But then again, many baseline sound familiar, I can just never remember where they are from until I get the same feeling with the other track. But then, I can't remember the other track. Damn

That sounds like something I might like. Dark ambient has always been difficult for me. Some stuff I really like & some stuff I hate. But a dark ambient edge might be more to my liking

Ah! That sounds fair enough. Just hope their profits don't fall because of all this then. I've never bought from them but the way they are doing business is the sort of behaviour that would have stopped me & has made me never want to use them. I'm sure their economists are much smarter than me but I'll take an operation like ultimae records anyday. Classy service through & through.

You have to remember mate that people love to complain. It's part of their nature. If you don't like something you should say so. Who is it hurting? An artist shouldn't get upset if someone doesn't like their work. Tastes vary from person to person in all things so any one artist isn't going to be loved by everyone. All this don't say anything negative sounds really facist to me. A facist hippy state! What the F**k would that be like? Love everyone & everything dude or we'll cut your heart out (but we'll do it with love)!!!

I don't know. One reason I like this sight is because some people here have similar taste in music to me (something I don't have anymore in real life ). So recommendations are given by people I trust I willcheck them out. If everyone is saying something sucks, if they have similar taste to me then I will also probably think it sucks too. Not always but usually it has been the case. So I welcome negative critisism. I often buy CDs blind & occasionally end up with dissapointing shit never to be listened to again (or if I do I regret it ) aince I've been here I've been buying a much higher percentage of stuff I really like & am more easily able to avoid the crap!! Thank you negative feedback ps negative feedbackk should always try & be constructive. "This sucks" only, doesn't help the artist or many of the listeners.

I never really download or listen to samples on the internet for that reason. Music grows on me. If I didn't like a download I'd probably just download it & if I wasn't blown away by samples I'd probably not buy it. Whereas CDs that I've bought & not liked instantly have grown on me in time as I didn't just throw them away. But how much of the price increase is coming your way?

Interesting debate. What do people feel about shpongle now? I don't think it is the organ that is dumb but more that Raja Ram seems to have no talent playing it. When I first heard monster hit on are you shpongled I thought the flute was quite good initially but after about ten seconds he shows that he can't keep a tune & the randomness of the flute every time it comes in annoys me a bit. Shpongle's music would have been much better either with no flute at all or a decent flutist.

CD2 Just as good as the 1st one. Makes it feel like a full album

I've been looking out for that one. I have seen other flying rhino releases; re:evlolution 2 & 4, 4th Flight, Retrodelica 2 so I might come across Technossomy

IDM or not I really enjoyed that album & the Kettel album too was great! Autechre I found quite boring on 1st listen. Nothing really caught my attention & I found myself inclined to leave the room & tidy up. When listening to the Kettel & Ulrich Schnauss albums I was engrossed in the music
