The Cell track was pretty good but the Tripswitch track was absolutely amazing, especially the 2nd half of it.

X-Dream Best 1991 - 2001

Which albums (or compilations) do you think tell the best story. Which are the best arranged albums. Where all the tracks are in the right place to make the album progress like a story. Not just a collection of tracks thrown together in any order with an ambient track at the end. My favourite story telling pieces are The Mystery of the Yeti I & II Shpongle - Are you Shpongled? Union Jack - No Armageddon Banco De Gaia - Last Train to Lhasa Jikkenteki - The Long Walk Home The Muses Rapt - Spiritual Healing Shulman - Soundscapes & Modern Tales These all talk to me Not all stories I can hear straight away but need a few listens for me to understand.

Some comps are quite well made and some are quite story like. obviously not all but neither do all artist albums like you said.

I really like this album Very nice and melodius. My favourite is the 1st track. I first heard it on the soundtrack to the warp experience & I had to get this album. I can see how some people might find it cheesy but it's good cheesy not cheesy cheesy.

5. Fuzzion - Black Magic 8. Puff Dragon - Sazanami 10. SFX - The Unreleased Tracks 89-94 Of those three I reckon you would like Puff Dragon - Sazanami. It was released on dakini records & is some beautiful chill. Fussion - Black Magic is like dark 80's funk trance & SFX might sound dated if you're not into very old school stuff.

If I was a cry baby this track would probably be the one to set me off, one of the most emotional pieces of music I have every heard. Surely it must be that the key isn't working properly, it's so consistent & Y is so far from Z on the keyboard. Unless someone's just taking the piss!
