I've never been part of an album release but what sort of things can delay the release this long?

So many A memorable one for me though is the melody in Genetic - Transmission, always left wanting more

I thought AP had a new album out that I was ignoring. Must be postponed once again. I'll go for S>Range too as I think it more likely they'll get their shit together.
