I use psytrance as the umbrella term with prog, dark etc as subgenre's. With Goa & Psy I have never quite understood the distinction & I end up thinking of old stuff as Goa and new stuff (including what is touted as neo-goa) as Psy. Goa for me is a feeling, the feeling of being new to a scene and it really blows you away.

Ah, yes. I also try to buy direct from the label if it's one of the labels I am passionate about. Ultimae, Databloem & DataObscura are webshops I go to for their own releases; the first also for other labels' ambient. Saiko though is my shop for all Psy & Psychill. I also sometimes use Amazon, especially as I can add things to the wishlist that aunts and uncles can easily select something off

I actually fell asleep during tree of life. I know I had had a lot to drink but still, I can't remember the last time I fell asleep during a movie. That was just dull. Best? Probably the Perfect Host but it's not the best movie ever just that this year has been a shit year.

Yeah, I loved this game but I haven't thought about it in years until someone linked to it and I looked at the picture and got this flashback of awesomeness.

My mission to put all my music on my PC went quickly, too quickly, then I downloaded media monkey to organise everything for me and it rewrote all the files and deleted some of them (usually the first track of most albums ) so it's time to go through it all again

Its the weekend and I've got no work so pretty happy

Sometimes I hate having everything by one artist as I feel pressure to buy any new release. However if this is quality then it's a delightful bonus
