finally finished this.... wow.... what a ride... I'm surprised the 115 bpm 140bpm translation worked out so smoothly... I love it....
-
we demands a tracklist I'll check this one out once it's done, also It would be really cool if you could mix the last set in stereo (in a few months).... would that involve getting those tracks back up on the turntable??if so... don't worry about it (me=dj noob, i don't know much about it...)
-
I have this album.... and must say, I love crunchy moles, go fly a kite, and King of jazz seems to be my sort of stuff.... I'm glad to be hearing something other than the usual bland stuff being put out by alot of others!!!
-
wow.... I love the rich breakcore openting... kind of refreshing....I'll edit with more once I've listened.... I sense a hair of distortion at the beginning
-
Heh.... I remember rockin out to genetisis... Which today is still one of my favs good on you.... Narcosys is the other fav.... lol.... Rinster (Bidor) on tranceaddict said we should collab I found that odd... but.... would you be into that?
-
Update I have an update for you guys.... the overall sound in the climax has been changed.... as well as the intro.... the low end has been filtered down a bit... as well... there are more fx layers and such to give it a richer sound....
-
I'm at crop circles... or manmademan's track.... and I'm loving every minute of this.... so far, I haven't heard the same kick twice...!! Gotta love the fast tempo stuff... Edit: Why so mono??

Thnaks all for the replies... I can't use rebirth because the d-load is a cd image, and I don't have a cd burner... Besides, Rebirth was acid emulation. Buzz is good right now, and I can make short samples in floops and play them back in buzz.... as 16bit (or 8bit??) wav files.... I'll check out subsynth though....
-
I have a very slooow.... computer... and I need something alittle more efficient than fruityloops. buzz is poyfect! Link 150bpm 192kbps Type: sample Time: 1:42 enjoy.

Venetian snares, hands down, has some of the best names i've heard of.... but.... It must be mentioned.... Mi-Loony-Um! by Hallucinogen (mispelled on distance to goa as Mi-loony-umi) also Sungirl vs. Iron Madness - Buddist Pyramidi radiohead - OK Computer
-
god... I thought it sounded too empty.... I'm trying to get some time on my fruityloops computer to fix it up.... and give it a richer sound..... thanks all for the replies!!!

40 Signs u spend too much time in your studio
SeaWasp replied to Lost Buddha's topic in General Psytrance
That was good... but you missed... -You listen to music on the radio and off of cds and critique it, saying it needs to be mixed properly. -You listen to rap with full bass boost and, if it distorts, say the mixers did a bad job of mixing it -All your music is in 320kbps and if it's any lower you complain about quality -You watch tv and hope for the love of god, that you get enough money to get a nice sound system for your tv, then all of a sudden a new keyboard appears out of random - When you get drunk, you don't go crazy on the streets, you get crazy on the knobs anyway, very bored byebye. -
whoops, my bad, one slash too many, try it again... i edited out one slash

Heh... better hear some neo goa-psy or something like that from him, but he's mostly an ambient type of producer... i'm afraid i agree, there are far more better guys than him nowadays and they make even crazier keyboard sounds, but, if you've listened to celtic cross, iguess, or "evil and harm" you'll know what I'm talking about...
-
As a country producer?? lolz, I was listening to younger brother - "evil and harm" and showed my buddy the acoustic guitars.... then he told me sounded like country/electronica. aggghhh... he doesn't know the psytrance/psybient scene.... anyone agree??

well union jack are simon berry and claudio giussiani or something like that. simon berry has a myriad of old trance bands he was in... art of trance, poltergeist, the clanger, etc. fav by union jack would have to be lollipop man or red herring and technossomy's elektron bender...
