I won't mention the tracks by great prog masters already listed by others. However, I rarely see this group mentioned so brace your selves!
PASTE. The flathead, Underdogs, Hihat rmx are v. good. Neurotrop, Minimeise, more weird and interesting. Don't dismiss them at first listen. Grab some tea, sit your ass down on a couch and really listen.

Many track from artists like Sun control species, lunaspice, heliotrope found on Sub Machine compilations.
And finally you should all be shamed for leaving out TETRAKTYS!
This guy is a fuckin' genius. Everyone should have his self titled masterpiece. God, I love his sound, so unique, musical, impeccably composed ... his genius is absolutely evident in his magnificent work. Buy Buy Buy! I salut you Mr. Frenchman.
Oh, and I hear he's a great chap as well.
