  1. Mmm nice topic abasio Me and My friend Lars had a tradition after our smoke-downs, back in the days when I lived with my parents, we always listened to Jean Michel Jarre - Magnetic Fields or Michael Stearns - Planetary Unfolding when we when to sleep. I just remember having very weird and trippy dreams always flying around in a very lucid state with geometrical shapes shifting around me and weird stories beeing told to me visually.... I think I need to that again soon.... very nice! Have done it with Solar Fields - Extended & Adham Shaikh - Journey To The Sun recently but I just passed out after 5 min and didnt remember a thing.... maybe not enough THC and too much alcohol...
  2. Well I think it works quite well in albums that the tracks are mixed together to some degree, to give the whole journey feeling... maybe that goes as ligt mixing as mentioned earlier. But when it comes to compelations unmixed, and no beat mixing for sure! But if there were to be an unmixed and a mixed version it would be interesting to hear some heavy mixing, but I will always like to have the opportunity to hear a track from begining to end
  3. That is a good release! especially if u liked The Long Walk Home and I know u did enjoy Chick
  4. master margherta - mastura its in that ultimae vain! (imo)
  5. Understandable! Usually it takes some time from its released to any review will apear except it a really hyped one. I have heard the samples on psyshop and they sound alright I ordered Master Margherita and Para Halu straight away even there is no reviews yet.. I hope it was a good impulse.. otherwise.. Maybe I should have waited for a review....
  6. Was'nt this one just released? or am I mistaken?
  7. Well then u should start to hate for the right reasons.... which is taste! Stop trying to be all smart and "clever" about you reasons (for ur own sake) since u r making a fool out of yourself, and nobody should want that! Im not trying to dis u here, just trying to help. If u did this, people might just start to respect what u r saying instead of your current situation!
  8. Futurespective Mixed by Aes Dana I think I found it on ultimae's page... not sure though... But its very pleasant so could be While I'm trying to get some get some reading done... two exames coming up
  9. at a bit-rate of 64 or what.... then its no wonder everything sounds bad produced for u.... *shakes my head and sighs*
  10. This is a great comp and it does'nt sound like any other Celestial Dragon release (I have heard anyway) very inorganic at times but made really well, so thats a good thing I think its compiled very well, with a focus of the journey through the different aspects and atmospheres fof the music! From more organic tracks with melodies to the dubby to the more "minimalistic" and then to a more glitcy electronica sound. The dubby tracks r great, really like Dublicate's and Nalepa's take on it! Of the last tracks I really love edIT - Laudry almost sounds like Aphex Twin with a softer than normal touch, beautiful track! This was money really well spend! and Im a poor man speaking so that means a lot
  11. well, what can I say.... it's sublime sonic and visual wizardry, I totally loved it the music is an awesome mixture of roach ambient but my favorite section has got to be Steve Roach - Lifeforming easily the best ambient track of 2006 and I haven't even heard anything else ...but I just know it will all sound like child's play compared to this..... it's so awesome it makes me tremble from the overwhelming sensory input Im really looking forward to doing the same I have'nt had the time to see the dvd yet but the cd is very good! but i have snacked through it a bit and it looked amazing! Did'nt know that one! Well I have'nt been to Japan lately either (in my entire life), has it been released in Europe u think? But it looks nice thats for sure! enjoy! Im putting Steve Roach - Kairos CD on now! Its gonna be an easy start on the day
  12. Pork, you mean ? No I think he means when he made her up.... Monica is not real.... she is just product of Radi's imagination!
  13. Endah he showed me a link (to a swedish page so no help showing u) where it was done by a machine with some sort of lazer technique... Might not be 100 % but still if u can't find new ones it could be an option np: Jean Michel Jarre - Oxygene
  14. I have heard its possible to get cd fixed.... with some kind of treatment.... try to google cd repair then there should be something to read up on
  15. thats a precious one then! I have old love with beatless ambient.... but had almost forgot! I was raised with Jarre (not beatless though) and Brian Eno but I have to thank ultimae aswell for my renewed love to real ambient!
  16. good choice... might put that on after my Jarre session!
  17. Jean Michel Jarre - Zoolook more melancolic but very emotional
  18. Should'nt be a problem.... maybe its not even necessary to edit them.... he seems to look like an idiot already
  19. Jean Michel Jarre - Magnetic Fields always put me a good mood!
  20. Sounds like a freak'in good party! Omg Fractal boys and then Derango... Im drooling on my books (which r in front of me) and on acid! But its amazing how the music really gets inside the head, seems like the meshwork of sounds really work together to enhance the psychedelic experience! I will say this again but I have never tried any music that does this the same way as Derango!!! Its just a perfect mind-fuck!
  21. Not sure it was inspired by or especially relates too but: Derango - acid..... since it goes really good together
