o-m-fucking-g how can we forget Pepe!!!?! No generic bass-lines from him! He manages like few other to really integrate his funky bass-lines into the inner structure of his tracks.

Finally some artist that sounds like Astral Projection
Drosophila replied to radi6404's topic in General Psytrance
Try listing to the to The Astral Files or Trust in Trance... You properly would like it if you like Radical Distortion. Sounds to me like you are only familiar with the "newer" AP material?! compare The Dreamer (oriental Mix) with with Ionized especially the main melody. -
Good solid track from the golden age of IM, 8.5/10

Sorry to say to Skarma is a feeble "version" of AP... it's more regular trance than goa-trance (that track in particular).... Radical Distortion is indeed more "on target", well at least when considering the golden age of AP. if in doubt... listen to these http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lL3nf17KpU4&feature=share&list=PL311F2F7FBB611CAD http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JS9jWkhoKt0 -
SUN festival... is that the people who used to be the organizing team behind ozora?! Or where did that festival just appear from?! It seems big.

Not entirely sure what you mean by "k-bbb-k", if its exactly 3 bass nodes between kicks them I am not sure my suggestions fit I usually take my bass-lines grinding Spindrift - Phaselock (Tales From The Dark Forest) no video on youtube Ka-Sol - Tecmorning Trold - A Way Will Be Made Imaginary Sight - Changing and my current favourite when it comes to rolling bass-lines: Freaking - ICQ ejaculation guarantee @ 2:45 & 4:30 if sound-level=max

owns acid killer, sorry to say

Great release, it really deserves some more attention! Especially for those who like the "GoAmbient" sound (2nd half of the album), only few albums really catering that crowd including E-Mantra's downtempo albums.

What music are you listening to right now?

I would vote rarely, but I do still enjoy the old stuff. One of my favourites is Where is S? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKOzfyvtriY another good one from the "classical era" Classical Mushroom (the track) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbPkSh3MBz4

Looks cool exotic!! It's a long wait though And Richpa you are right, the story smells a bit of bad-ass underwater alien meets human visitor... and that can easily go wrong. And about the cover motive is kinda cheezy but could have been made well, which they failed at doing if you ask me

next load

Holy crap... that is one expensive LP!! Good choice Is it the b&w version of those speakers?! Or is even b&w who made them?!?
-
For me personally it took some time for me to adapt to them, but I really enjoy quite a bit of BoC, especially if I am working Over the years I have mainly been listing to Geogaddi and Music Has The Right To Children. my favourites: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_DzH7u72eU
