  1. I do know a lawyer (well he studied law) who is into psy-trance, I actually met him through psynews, but now he is a in flesh friend as well as we live in the same city... SkeletonMan if that rings a bell to any one (it should ), he is not here very often any more. And yes I am doing a PhD in the science field, working with nanomedicine and bio-imaging atm
  2. "Water bears" (Tardigrade) Spider skin "This image is a closeup of mouthparts of a final-instar larva of Ichneumonidae (endoparasitic Hymenoptera) removed from its host (caterpillar). We can see the mandibles with the remains of its last meal (parts of its host), a pair of maxillas and labium".
  3. well those are common flies.. or shit-flies if you will, a Drosophila's are the tiny ones you get in the kitchen with fruits
  4. Oh yes DJ Mondo he was doing a history of goa/psy trance party once in Osaka... really nice (long) set! But I haven't heard his "normal" sets though, but this one ended up in a psy-core carousel which was a bit too much in the end...
  5. Didn't you get a tracking number? I would try to check it...
  6. Nice topic jisnegro! Drosophila (melanogaster) is the common fruit-fly and are an animal model in whole organism genetic research. I think I was doing some mutations experiments on Drosophilas at the time I joined, which was actually ½ year earlier than my current join date, since my first account was deleted but that was the reason... nothing mysterious only a few freaky mutants!
  7. I just got number 52 today I had left my apartment this morning but I realized I had forgotten my glasses, and there at the door was the post-lady waiting with this sometimes it's good to have a forgetful Monday morning! And yes really really fast shipping, it was sent on Friday
  8. I haven't noticed anything, will have to check. But the album is bloody awesome!!!! Best out of Suntrip for a long time, not a pun to the other releases but big homage to this one!
  9. and off course Krumelur, how could I forget?! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZeyWfZpqm38
  10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wd51wqAcdho and remember... patience and something more psychedelic than swing'sh, but Skinnerbox has something of an inherent swing to them http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VN1Zod1eunE
  11. http://vimeo.com/42191484 http://vimeo.com/48425421
  12. Try this, I still need to talk to my roomie, but just thought of Wareika... A bit shady sound quality but I think it sort of hits the spot, well not hyper psychedelic, but quirky! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACIe_x0MCwQ
  13. I really think it is a hit or miss movie, I met a friend and his girlfriend out-side of the movie-theatre and they both had a real hard time watching it, and me and my friend were totally ecstatic... so it does not surprise me that it would score around 50%... And you might feel after watching it that the (narrative) substance is not there (as an example as you haven't seen it) but I would say it's just extremely cryptic, like a David Lynch movie, all a matter of perception. But something that is not debatable is that it is highly psychedelic this rating breakdown also gives you an impression of dived opinions http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1534085/ratings
  14. Another really nice organic tech mix... kompakt never stop delivering! http://soundcloud.com/kompakt/terranovas-pogosession-22
  15. Woah! Looks really nice, hopefully there will be some kind of European tour as well, would love to see that wall of colours with his music! He is a pretty unique and versatile artist, thanks for posting this!
  16. http://techcrunch.com/2012/09/20/welcome-to-apples-ios6-map-where-berlin-is-now-called-schoeneiche/ I guess they should have stayed with google...
  17. I guess I am an Agnostic, and I guess because of the same reasons Antares just described. Plus I don't really care, and by that I mean I really don't see the reason why I should ever be able to see the real truth behind our and the cosmos's existence, it's simply to grand, too alien, too ancient. I do like to play with the though of why and how, but to truly believe, no not for me, I see no reason. but this short documentary is rather funny, haven't really figured out how all their experiments work though.
