I'll arrive in Lisbon the 2nd of August and will go to Boom with the bus the next day. Perhaps this is the spot to announce that Skelly is going to Boom by himself this time (there is just TOO FEW psytrancers in Denmark), so I am looking for people whose camp I can crash And I reckon there will be some place in Lisbon august 2nd where boomers will go I plan to crash that too Incognito

My guess is usd 300+ based on the price on the Balagan Symbiosis a month ago. If we all pool we can each pay for one track. I'll hold the cd on for us c'mon ...

Actually, I'd have to give you Accidental occidentalism to make up for it ... You know, I bought this at the Sonica Festival 2005. Heard 30 seconds sample and I was like "yeah, this is great. I'll buy it." What can I say. Never buy anything when you're in too good a mood. Everything will sound fucking freaking fantastic. And then you wake up and you're like ... wtf? That's not the girl I went to bed with !!!!!

Glad to hear to you liked it Antic You know, I put my copy for sale on discogs if you're REALLY interested I've priced it at 500 usd. I think that is appropriate for such piece of art

Yes, I agree. No need to be categorically about it. It is the eurovision song contest effect I hate, and that pops up in psytrance too. And it always turns me right off. Or nearly always. Guess I was just trying to anger some people that thinks modulation is the best since sliced bread

I'm up for some clicky ops, my mistake. I'm up for some dance, trance & Magic plants the dimension 5 track Phoenix right now ... -
IFO is "only" like 60-80 usd. Diamonde sold it for 75 usd 3-4 times in a row. I think Senobyte bought all of them (wtf ) Hux Flux Cryptic Crunch went for 280 usd on el diamonde some months ago. Obscene ! Even my bid for 130 usd on occidental was for fun. Nah, this is show your face for the big guys. Out of my league. Or maybe I just don't want it BAD enough ... edit: but I'm willing to swap my precious swissy below for accidental

Hahaha I'm game Joske! I haven't seen or heard any info about line up. Two years ago it was released, what, 1½ month before or something. Late anyway. Hoping to see some Suntrip acts there !

Picked up dance, trance & magic plants for 12 usd in a 2nd handshop earlier today. Shitty condition the cd, plays fine though. Booklet perfect.

And I will there And so will Skelly Yeah, when it gets closer I hope it will be possible to arrange something. Would be fun to have smoke and a laugh So you're there already Serguei? Nice ... Look forward to some debates with you about the level of censorship on psynews

Interesting link btw. I presume he and Albert Hoffmann would have some interesting conversations, even if Albert could have fathered 80 years old Sasha!

By "is it swiss" I meant, is it cheese? Is modulation, keychange, a change of the root note, or whatever it's called ... is it cheese? Cheesy the answer is yes btw ...

Haven't heard many 2006 releases yet, but if it's all like Sanatonic or Ka-Sol's new it's down the drain. Even if hard core fans on psynews likes ... it's down the drain. Looking at the amount of reviews it seems the quantity as well is down Or is it only psynews

Welcome Japan! Damn, 2004 was a good year for full-on psychedelic trance and I'm only now beginning to discover the amazing albums that was released this year!! But who cares? With classy material as this, you're guaranteed a ride as good now as it was then. And as I'm sure it'll be in 2040. Yeah, it's that damn good! The problem I often have with full-on releases is that they rarely deliver what they promise. They set out to blow you away, but then chicken out, down the tempo or just plainly loose it because of a lack of ideas. Or they incorporate some cheesy sing-along chorus, that might work the crowd but completely turns off whatever curiosity I have. Few have the balls and the talent to keep the pace up without the music becoming boring and without refuging to a handy modulation encore or a clubby melody. Phi has the balls and the talent. This is AWESOME full-on psychedelia and I know this becuase it manages to do what full-on psytrance may only accomplish when perfected: tumble you over like classical Goa trance with the sheer force of the musical bombardement blown in your face. Thank God I still stumble over full-on releases such as this to restore my faith in contemporary psychedelic music! On my 2004 top 10 this comes in as a strong candidate for runner-up album of the year in a tight battle with Quadra's Serotonia, both clocking in just shy of Rinkadink's Rabbit. How very sad one half of Phi, Shinnosuke Masuo, should end his life so untimely with a tragic accident. But if nothing else this album surely is a worthy testament of a gifted musician. Highly recommended.
