  1. Maybe I am insane but I would not have spent more than 150$ on it. Theoretically I suppose you can resell the Hux Flux item for 100$ making the 69 remaining CDs cost 50$ plus shipping. 72 cents per CD sounds like a good deal I guess...
  2. There is a more pleasant notion So far I have noticed two 'flavours' of holes. (no wise 'cracks') There is vanilla which is a hole made with a hole punch. And then there is chocolate which is a tight little hole. Chocolate seems to have been made with a 2-3 mm spike and is a little rough around the edges.
  3. I have heard mostly bad things about it and so my maximum bid was set to $2.04. Hope it's worth 25.5 cents a track edit: I guess I mean 12.375 cents a track...
  4. The cold weather slows down our metabolism and ... and ... like so we can't move aas fast and stuff!?! I meant that auction that your friend won which included some overpriced CD everyone wants. \\n
  5. Interesting. It's amazing how unscrupulous some people are. I just received a copy of 'Access Denied' with one of those holes but which is shrinkwrapped!!! Oh well, only 99 cents. ( x6 incl. shipping )
  6. I think his signature is great.
  7. hurry up and respond >
  8. GRRRR.....I WANT THAT HOODIE!!!!!!! Nice to see you back here Aaron! Did you see that demented auction? I pointed a fellow in your direction. Hope that was cool.
  9. Can you be more specific? \\n
  10. hi ukiro, I think my statement there was unclear. By 'opposite is true for the vinyl' I meant to indicate that it was the vinyl that was the rarer item instead of the CD. I have never seen the Growly vinyl in my searches, but neither have I specifically looked for it. I think it is most likely the most elusive TIP release. I think you once mentioned TIP22 being pressed onto blue vinyl. Do you know if that is true?
  11. You all know what I am talking about. A CD arrives with a hole or a hole-punch in the middle of the barcode on the back. Does this mean the CD was rejected by 'quality control' inspectors? I just got Total Eclipse - Access Denied (sealed) for 99 cents. It has one such 'hole' I have noticed these CDs come from dealers who appear to have bought huge inventories of CDs at special liquidation sales. Any ideas??
  12. It is pretty uncommon! The last copy I saw on ebay went for 80+ dollars! But it is realistically worth 35-60 dollars I think.
  13. Working on getting some CDs on B12.
  14. Not for me. I need to have it to complete my Posford Shrine where I ritualistically shave my testicles. Did you know I invented the question mark? (Dr. Evil) sorry to spam visine.
  15. I understand that 'Cereology' is very good. And the Vimana remix too.
  16. LSD is boring and contains really lame voice samples if you ask me. The 'World Sheet Of Closed String Mix' is very nice though.
  17. This one isn't really possible to answer, but I would imagine it is some piece of classical music that I've never heard. 'The End' by the Doors, and Delibes - Lakmé are pretty neat but don't really belong in that stratum. In electronica, my favorite so far is '...And The Day Turned To Night'
  18. One would think. It seems there are many, many possible variables in this equation though: marketing strategies, micro-demographics, technical problems, financial problems, licensing problems... ukiro pointed out that the Hyporhythm CD is harder to get than the vinyl. Same goes for, and I promise not to mention them for another 72 hours, Crop Circles - Lunar Civilization. I know of only four confirmed copies in existence (not because Discogs has it at that), yet there are many more vinyls floating around. Similarly for the Space Pussy CD single and the four Flying Rhino CD singles. The opposite seems to hold for The Growly Family vinyl.
  19. I didn't do a comprehensive search, but I believe that visine may be right. \\n
  20. What are the tracks like?

    Tip 3D

Speaking of Process I love that tune called 'Prismatic'

    Tip 3D

Astral Projection - Dancing Galaxy: 5 CDs + (1CD+1CD3") + 1 vinyl as well as a 12" single by the same name. still, 7 releases seems to be the record so far. Juno Reactor - Beyond The Infinite: 6 CDs + 1 vinyl also there are so many different Pistolero releases, pretty hard to keep track of. (not that I NEED to)

    Tip 3D

I shall have to give that a listen then
  24. This was one of those days when it felt like Xmas. My roommate says to me: "There's like a hundred CDs here for you" Crop Circles - Full Mental Jackpot - Contains the most popular track by Etnica/L.O guys 5/5 Blue Planet Corporation CD - Been looking forward to listening to Alidade 5/5 Transwave - Rezwalker - very good tracks by Transwave ?/5 Etnica - Plastic - hard to find CD single ?/5 Adham Shaikh - Realignment - No idea what this is like but Adham Shaikh is good. ?/5 Drax - Amphetamine - I DL'ed the original mix of this awhile back accidentally because someone labelled the artist as Hallucinogen, but it turned out to be a nice hypnotic tune. ?/5 Various - Floatation (has Shpongle - Saudade Pt. !!) ?/5 and some compilation CD with two Jaia tracks: Brainstorm and Orphee and another track with Jaia + Jean Marie K called Kora. 4/5
  25. Yea it was quite a bit. I am actually selling them all as a single lot for 480$ right now. The FAX releases are nice. I have a dozen or so in my Discogs wantlist. All I have is the 'Cookbook' which I am also selling for 150$. I don't want to sell them but I don't want to live in a cardboard box more.
