  1. Wow...that is the second Goa record I ever bought. The first was this: Suntrance I really like the track called: 3 Minute Warning (Pob Seismix) \\n
  2. bragger If I had it I don't think I would listen to it if it is new like ukiro implied.. \\n
  3. I have to say that I saw Posford live and well...this is pretty embarrassing but: Ok so I am in NYC to see Hallucinogen and I have the ticket and everything. I get there so early that they are still setting stuff up. I was alone and didn't know anyone and too shy to dance so I was there for the performance. So I am waiting and waiting, buying water for 5 dollars and so forth, and waiting and waiting. Everything sounds the same. So I'm thinking: I wonder when Hallucinogen is gonna do his set? So the music ends and some of the lights come on and there is a general kerfuffle. I'm thinking: Is this some sort of unconventional preamble to Simon's performance. No. Everyone is going home. People are packing up. So I approach someone and ask him "Do you know when Simon P. is gonna go on?" The guy says to me: I AM SIMON P. So (I am blushing even just typing this) basically I couldn't distinguish his performance from the rest. I knew what he looked like sort of. I saw pics of him on the Twisted site with long hair. But he had a haircut!! \\n

    I found a tie: Geomantik - 6 CDs + 1 vinyl
  5. agreed ukiro. and ouch and good luck with the partitioning. \\n
  6. Yeah this is something ukiro and I have discussed before. The logistics would be tricky; i.e. who gets what. This auction for example: 4820052312 ukiro needs the test presses and I just want the good releases... I tried to work it with devious as well but again there can be problems... So many advantages could be reaped in this manner though. As an example, say you have a vinyl collector in Europe and a CD collector in Canada. The pile of vinyls/CDs shipped from Europe will obviously be way cheaper, etc....... \\n

Wow that's pretty good. It will be hard to match. TIP Yellow has TIP, Nippon Crown, Colours of Shiva 1?, some Scanda- navian one (or is it Cyber?). It is also 'reincarnated' in 80%+ preserved form in many releases that I can't think of now. Helium I think has 4 or 5. ...I wish I had Discogs memorized...I could be a millionaire. Mystical Experiences has a number of incarnations as well I believe. good topic ukiro!
  8. I have no clue about this but I know that there are some Pleiadians releases with some Doors stuff. They are all rare and impossible to acquire but I am probably misidentifying it anyway.
  9. For some reason I feel like masturbating after reading one of your posts. Can't figure out why.
  10. They are all vinyls... I know what you mean though. When I decide to bid on something I always consider "could I dump this shit and get my money back if I had to" But the D5 vinyl has the same tracks as the CD anyway so for personal enjoyment (obviously a subordinate consideration) purposes it is nearly as good. And I can always make a .wav dump.
  11. And Jikkenteki that is a marvelous harvest! God I see that diamonde7 has two goddamned Nippon Crown CDs that I want. Starting bid 22 pounds. I am getting to the point where I won't pay a single dollar for something I want because all the Germans want 8 euros to ship a 99 cent CD
  12. Melanocorypha snagged a handsome lot of CDs yesterday. A whole bunch of BNE and Hed-Arzi and Yoyo things and some others that weren't on Discogs. But I had already maxxed out. I am done for a little bit. (I hope) ukiro we need to start an AA type of thing I think. I also landed a test press of LSD/Alpha Centauri (valuable to me) Crop Circles EP and 15 other vinyls which are going to leave a mark. \\n
  13. You are nicest looking 300 pound truck driver I've seen! Well since we are in bragging mode, I captured: Der Dritte Raum- Trommelmaschine Remixes Hallucinogen- Space Pussy VA The second mind of goa 3xLP Epic-Tone- Squirty Spiral & Aerosol Koxbox- Too pure & Too pure ( TIP rmx) Va Trance Psychedelic 2XLP Terra Ferma- Turtle Crossing 2XLP Factor- Orientrance, Night, Sunrise & Rainforest Dimension 5- Transdimensional Glass Walker- When world collide, High voltage & Celestial Body S.U.N. Project- Sexdrugs & Acidtrance & At the egde of time for 35 euros
  14. interestingly ukiro, you can thank me for that vinyl - if it's the one I'm thinking of. I tracked the guy down on Gemm and offered him 30$ for it because he said there was a visible mark on the clear vinyl. So he 'used' me to gauge the approximate worth of it and dropped it into ebay. It would be nice to have that whole box set. Miyake is a kick ass designer. Doesn't really matter that he has nothing really to do with the music Congratulations!
  15. Hi draeke! Nice to see you here Well those are some fabulous deals! Yeah, the Blue Moon CDs are really rare, I never see them around. It often happens with the rare ones that you one locates them in unlikely locations and thus one pays very little for them. For people who recognize my avatar, it is a scan made by draeke of his own copy of the elusive Crop Circles CD single. Another note to people looking for rare goodies: it is usually a good idea to search in the country where the release was produced. I found my LSD single from someone in France for example. I paid 10x more than draeke though \\n
  16. Me either It's easy to get carried away by the tide though and forget what really matters. \\n
  17. Hi visine I wasn't even suggesting you were aiming your remarks at me. I was just saying that they apply to me cheers \\n
  18. 01-infected_mushroom-live_mix_with_schpongle_(06-10-02)-1rea.mp3 I'm looking for the tracklist. sorry if it's been answered already. There is a track in there I think by Posford that I don't recognize which is located abount 10-15 minutes into it I think. It lasts around 3:10 and begins with a crack of thunder. knowing me it is probably in my collection \\n
  19. I think I listened to the mp3 and was fairly disappointed.
  20. ukiro: my initial rant wasn't directed at you. So there is one person who says so for sure ok. I try and be as honest as possible always. I for one DO look out for rarities, often even if they have no musical value for me personally because these items can be traded with other people who do want them. visine: you have been flogging this notion about collecting filling an emotional void. You hit the nail on the head. Personally, as pathetic as it is, I get a five second rush like a toke from a crack pipe when I score something highly sought after. This is one possible affliction of being human. It is essentially a sign of insecurity and it is the same affliction which forces me to use impeccable spelling and grammar most of the time. taika-kim: agreed. There are a couple of organizations which probably are able to sensibly manage donations. PKS: nicely expressed. Off topic: your writing skills are great and I really appreciate the reviews you have contributed to Discogs. antic: I got the Shakta CD today. It is on Dragonfly. I will keep it aside for you until we can work out a trade. Right now I am cleaning up my apartment; I had a fire. (my fault) \\n
  21. Yes that is a good deal.
  22. This guy NISARGADATTA understood reality. Similar to Ramana Maharshi but with more of a razor's edge no bullshit attitude. No bullshit breathing techniques, no ceremonies, no nothing. His words reverberate through the pages and when I read them, what he says just makes perfect fucking sense.
  23. I haven't really tried too hard to get it but the only guy I know with it is draeke. I'm pretty sure that most of the 'mixed' copies are floating around Europe. I also have an intuition that the black ones are over here. Just a guess. I have also read the non yellow disk described as anything in the pink/red/orange range but I assume that this is simply due to inconsistency of the dye concentration in the vinyl, just as some yellow copies are more of a 'true' yellow. THEN of course there is the elusive black/yellow version
  24. That's nice of you dude. Of course I would compensate you. As you know my cyber is world reknowned. I could also throw in a Transwave CD or something. \\n
