  1. Hey man. As far as I know Extrawelt's material is still only available at label sites like Border Community. Have you tried Boomkat? Forced Exposure? Also, if you haven't seen the depths of Bleep.com yet, it's a great place for high-quality MP3 shopping for IDM (even though I know you're not asking for that). Huge variety and some nice rarities.
  2. I was either 15 or 16 (1988), using a tiny Roland hardware sequencer that if I recall had only 2 tracks.
  3. I'm personally biased towards having some additional action in the latter part of a track, especially if it's the traditional sort of dance stuff like we make (with beats and progressions). Every story should, I feel, have an interesting and more or less dramatic conclusion. Keep it comin'!
  4. Again, very cool, Stalker. I like the biomechanoid aesthetic here, and how you keep it dark and muscular but with some stabs of melodic, sensitive elements. I especially like how it builds before the break. Again I find myself lacking something more after the break, perhaps some grit in the low end to complement the bassline, but that's about the only cricism I have. Cool sounds, unique personality, and some nice development on your part. Great to see you making music again!
  5. The site has a tendency to go offline for 24 hours.
  6. Very cool track, Stalker. Clearly your most effective production to date. I really appreciate your take on the tech aesthetic, and the twisted machine nature of the track certainly jibes with your artist name. It may or may not be an advantage, but I found the track's beat somewhat experimental in nature - that is to say, ungroovy - and although I like it, due to its stuttering nature my head came nowhere near bobbing to the beat. This may or may not have been your intention. And although my mind appreciated your restraint in the second half, my body was itching for some more dominant and dramatic percussive elements that would force at least my head to start moving. Put in the context of an album I'm thinking the tune could be a nice rest of sorts, but on its own, despite a certain muscularity, it lacks a forceful linear control and manipulation of the mind and body. Still, as a kind of sculpture to put in a track-lit corner and appreciate I think it does a great job. I honestly look forward to your future work.
  7. Thanks, Christer. The Disney on Mushrooms track is wicked cool. You're my psy hero.
  8. Great stuff. I vote Symph for most talented as well. Love the "How ya doin' there, Murray? You're a real crackerjack" one, the singing about Christmas one, and the granny on the dancefloor and gay Santa ones are actually very catchy. Awesome! Five LOLs up!
  9. More or less: Genetic - Motion Picture X-Dream - We Interface (a few of the tracks) Wizzy Noise - Sabotage, Part 1 (I haven't heard the new one)
  10. (You know, nemo, you could give Charlie a few more warnings and then we wouldn't have to worry about him anymore. He's a nogoodnik anyway.)

  12. Yes you are, you bloody British bastard.
  13. I was addressing nCo. Good for you, though!
  14. I'd be willing to trade mine for Orichalcum and the Deviant, if you have it. My copy is in very good condition because I never really listened to it much.
  15. I don't think I've ordered from them before but they've been around a while. Yeah, some nice stuff. The nicest, unfortunately, out of stock due to small releases. Got my eye on some of that Move D/Namlook stuff, which in my opinion is the best of the Namlook releases.
  16. Yeah, Dear's stuff seems to be hit or miss. I hope at some point he finds the groove he was meant to make because I think it'll be good music.
