  1. It was an exceptional typo. Charlie, honestly, are you gay?
  2. girt I feet gtad for you and your tady, ot' chap.
  3. New Freescha album: Head Warlock Double Stare. Pretty cool, actually, and I was very skeptical. I haven't heard the greatest comments about it, but in my opinion it's their best album to date after Kids Fill the Floor.
  4. Sounds cool, man. Let's hope it doesn't sound like Interchill circa 2000.
  5. You're too close to it, and are therefore taking offense. Meanwhile, it is the criticism - the pressure - from the people that leads to change. And change is almost always a good thing, don't you agree?
  6. Your statements are not convincing, I'm sorry to say. It's clear you're passionate about the music you like, and that which you've put a lot of effort into, with varying results. But at the same time I think you refuse to recognize that an abundance of opinion ultimately equals a sort of truth. And the truth in this case points to the idea that the psy chill scene has been in the process of stagnation for some time now, and the other genres are getting more and more of people's attention. Furthermore, many of the voices here add up to the idea that psy chill is going to have to adjust in order to be listenable again.
  7. "Simon" has 4 out of 5 letters in common with "Monica". And the "s", if split in two, could be a "c" and and "a". Monis. Simonica. Are you people seeing a strange, freaky-ass connection here?
  8. Yeah, I like the track. It's catchy and accessible. The vocals always sorta bugged me though. It was my first favorite on that album before I really listened closely to Kaguya Hime.
  9. Yeah, man, it's definitely a worthwhile flick.
  10. Nitrous oxide? Are you kidding me? Why not just take that one last step and snort some cleaning solutions? Seems like it was a flippin' blast, though. Look forward to reading more reports.
  11. I fell asleep to Eno's Shutov Assembly last night. It was blissful.
  12. True. Although some occasions are shorter than others.
  13. Namlook/Morris stuff is pretty snoozy too. Dreamfish? Zzzzzz. Namlook/Move D, on the other hand...
  14. Well, it's not so much that the labels dictate sound, but rather, it's a genre, and therefore most artists conform to the sound of the genre all by themselves. And that sound is, well, boring, especially in comparison to a lot of the other genres that are doing something similarly, yet more dynamically.
  15. I tend to agree. There are some exceptions, or course - a track here and there - but yeah, it all starts to blend together after a while.
  16. Yikes, it's really buggy. I hope they iron some of that shit out.
  17. I didn't listen to a whole lot of trance this summer, at least nothing horribly memorable, but the two tracks that peaked on my list, got played a million times, and will forever remind me of those recent months were: Ka-Sol - No Return and Spirallianz - Soulprint
