I'll second Fractal Glider and, to an extent, Green Oms (Crinklewood Crickets is a great track), Logic Bomb and Saiko Pod, although the latter three are a little progressive for my full-time tastes. If you like that sound, though, Vibrasphere's Lime Structure is also good. Mr. Peculiar and Psycraft are decent if you like full-blown, if over-the-top, psychedelic mayhem (as opposed to a more pared-down, authentic Goa style).

Both Pleiadians albums (IFO and Family of Light) are very good. The MFG album to get is New Kind of World.

I really enjoyed Sandman's semi-clubby side project, Green House Effect (album is Global Warming - you can probably find this one for cheap).

The only track by them I've heard was on this somewhat shitty, mixed Hypnotic comp: Goa Mix

I recall that Posford messed with 3/4 on at least one track on the second half of Lone Deranger, not for the whole track though. That's all I've heard.
