  1. Oh shoot, I thought this was a topic about Chinese food. Whoops.
  2. Yeah, I'd go with Parasense. Skazi's cheezi.

"It would be high time of booker the artists who have a p' tit something to avoid in more and especially crunch-them which in more is foutent of your mouth!" Hahaha!!! "...do the guy smell himself more obliged to come???" Heeheehee!!!
  4. Hehe. Good one Kiph. You crazy, crazy mofo. Reading all these posts about GMS no-shows, I think people have a right to think they're dickheads, repetetive music or not.
  5. Intact Instinct doesn't have ANY melodies, does it? I don't recall any, unless you consider certain drum sounds melodies. I'd go with Vibrasphere or Ticon.
  6. Oh yeah. Alcyone. Fersure. Etnica - Small Doses Spirallianz - One Way Ltd. Delta - Pop, Standby X-Dream - Fall Out Also there are quite a few in Color Box's Greenious.
  7. You know what, Ciotera? Given my tastes for music I'd probably enjoy Hallucinogen in Dub far more than Hallucinogen itself, especially since Posford wasn't as involved. Anyone kind enough to send me a copy? I gave away my original of Lone Deranger a couple months back because I never listened to it, so I think I might deserve it. Email me.
  8. Oh come on guys. Stop being so mean. All he needs are the front and back cover to the Delta albums. Jeez, you guys can be so snobby and righteous sometimes. Rob, so sorry about those guys, man. They're trying to have principles or something. Here are the covers you asked for: The Delta - Scizoeffective (Front): The Delta - Scizoeffective (Back): The Delta - Send In ...Send Back (Front): The Delta - Send In ...Send Back (Back): Enjoy! Just don't tell anyone where you got 'em, okay? Thanks.
  9. But they're supposed to, isn't that right? I'm looking forward to that one, too. Fersure. Pleiadians Midimiliz Sandman Come on! Bring em'!
  10. It was Juno Reactor - Transmissions, but I find I listen to ColorBox's Train to Chroma City far more, and have been doing so for some time now. That damn thing just doesn't want to get old! Awesome.
  11. I'd enjoy a copy of this album, too. Anyone?
  12. Isn't the new Pleiadians going to come out before the year is over?
  13. Good point, Bugbeard. But I got Shpongle long before I found this forum, too, and HATED it, except for some parts of DMT. So we cancel each other out.
  14. Well I've said it before: I don't understand all the hype around Posford and Shpongle except for the idea that someone has to be on top, and the masses will keep him there out of a psychological need for a sense of belonging, and in this way Shpongle's an easier choice because the people who like Shpongle are often, not always, fans of the drugs that Posford and Raja Ram speak about, which creates a sense of community among the fans. Not just anyone can be on top, however, the person's gotta have some talent, and I agree that Posford has some talent (not even close to Mozart, by the way, whoever made that silly comment), but his talent is mostly in taking people by surprise rather than creating solid music. This attempt to take people by surprise is far too explicit for me to enjoy. I prefer subtlety in my music, not just shock for shock's sake, or complexity for complexity's sake (complexity is also a form of shock). There's a SHITLOAD of similar music that I'd rather listen to, because it's artful in a deeper, more subtle and even simpler sense, but a sense that speaks musically to me nevertheless.
  15. If I'm not mistaken, S.U.N. Project was around long before Skazi, and although the former can be kinda cheesy at times, they make Skazi sound like a gigantic stinking pile of gouda.
  16. Zerotonine is pretty dark and minimal. Cygnus Loops is the album. If you're looking for more power in your dark minimalism then you should check out X-Dream's Irritant and The Delta's Send In ...Send Back. However, even Noma has more melody than that stuff. Maybe something like Beat Bizarre or Reefer Decree would be more up your alley.

    ASURA

Ritual Om - I don't have any recommendations, but I wanted to at least let you know that Asura is not like Ishq or Plaid. Ishq is real laid-back dub/ambient and Plaid is IDM (no 4 x 4 beats to be found in either), although I'd highly recommend them anyway.
  18. I think Megadeth would make a very pleasing psy track.
  19. Probably because they're looking for a way to synthesize aloe vera with beta kerotine.
  20. I have to intervene for a second, seeing as Psykomuumi is a buddy of mine and I'd hate him to get the wrong impression: Mr. Peculiar is good but it's not the most powerful stuff in the world. It's more full-on psychedelic, really, which is fine, but is not necessarily what Psykomuumi's asking for (tech-trance). Orion is very similar, in that it is lighter and very melodic. Also some of Goagabba's were off, too. Sorry. That last line of happier minimal stuff doesn't make the cut. It would be a crime to put Ticon and The Delta in the same category. I hate doing that (because I hate when people do it to me, honestly), but it had to be done in this case.
  21. Yeah, good news. I can already feel my girlie boobies perking up.
  22. Trust me, uh, « *psytrånce girl* », Ishq's album is a must-have. Beautiful from beginning to end. Almost everything from the Interchill label is a must-have. No downloading necessary.
  23. Nice goin', EP! That was warming. **
  24. Oh man, if there's one album that could get me pumped again for psytrance, it would be a new Pleiadians album. This is one that will make me feel like a little girl, for sure.
