  1. Tatsu, you should check out Terrafractyls newest EP - A Speck of Dust Reeeeeally good and a trippy journey in itself. Will get my review up for it sooon. Also just Kinematic records in general should/will have the sound you are after
  2. Sooo in some other topics I have seen a lot of people talking about some kind of wanting for an evolution of new school goa. Perhaps a maturing of sorts? I don't know if everyone has listened to samples but from what I have heard of the new Filteria album I am pretty sure he is bringing what you are after...The tracks so far sound like a complete other level from anyone else, an evolution of sounds for sure, and hopefully of structure too. http://soundcloud.com/filteria/filteria-dog-days-bliss Kind of like the best of sky input/Heliopolis combined with daze and then soaked in acid with a measure of twisted K.O.B... Anyway what do you guys think/want/expect from the next filteria album? Will it be the evolution you are after? Obviously I have incredibly high hopes, but I think they will be met
  3. Generally its like i am surfing some kind of wave of clarity.. Thinking nothing at all. Following the music with my mind whatever melody/layer I am latched onto.. In London recently though I've been thinking...Jesus fk all this full on sounds the same...And dreaming of hearing some melodies sometime sooooon!
  4. Haha, epic list Richpa, love it! Will also ad i've learnt that... What Goes Around Comes Around
  5. Soooooo not to get all serious or anything, but what have you learnt on the dancefloor? Perhaps about yourself, about others, about life? Could be nothing, could be everything, let us hear it, share your experiences. I'll start with something fairly obvious But I learnt early on that to fully appreciate the Morning you first have to make it all the way through the Night.
  6. I think it may. But yeah, not that many. It does at the least attract extremely strong females, which is a beautiful trait in itself. Some of the most beautiful, confident women i have met have been on the dancefloor. Not in a seedy sleazy way, but more of a, hey you are a really beautiful human being type way.
  7. I voted Australia for um Terrafractyl and that's about it haha. And because we won't get any votes otherwise You did say psytrance... So maybe Sweden for their foresty stuff, Serbia for that prog sound, Russia for sheer lunacy, annnnd Croatia for Goa for sure.
  8. I voted Hallucinogen as there is only one true God heh While I love Pleiadians etc Simon was just on another level. I don't even think of hallucinogen as Goa really, (I know I know) but just his own entity. Wish I was around at the time it started!
  9. Well.. Master Lu Bu I could list 50 of my favourite different "neo" goa tracks and it wouldn't matter. Everyones perception is different, and everyones taste is different based on their own life experiences and infinite amounts of incalculable variables... and you are allowed to not like what I like, that is what makes this world such a beautiful place However to really over generalize, If you dont like this, or wouldn't do anything to be at something like this, then you probably don't like neo goa. Hehe Annnnd this link probably covers some of the best stuff released in the past few years https://soundcloud.com/anoebis/anoebis-with-a-watch-you-know Happy trails my friend
  10. Really quite nice I like this better than their recent tracks. Reminds me of first two albums. Good stuff!
  11. @Master Lu Bu - How can you be so sure if you haven't even explored much new stuff for yourself? Perhaps by having preconceived notions of how "all" neo goa sounds you are missing out on some wonderful music... Which is fine, We all do it sometimes, it's human and I have dismissed whole genres before only to later find stuff I really love but just didn't know at the time.
  12. Ahhh wow that is freaking hard to get down to one... Buuuut probably Nice Toy if I had to choose.
  13. Well I don't mind that track actually. Perhaps i worded it a bit strongly.
  14. That track is just really bad no matter when it released haha. Glad I avoided their later albums now after hearing that.. Ouch.
  15. Listened to samples and I really like it, great work keen for the full album!
  16. Not my favourite U recken album but it is definitely in his style. He has his own sound even in that crowded sub genre, always tightly produced. Shame about some cheesy vocal samples but still worth a buy. Pretty cool video clip too.
  17. Omg... That is just... Wow.. I didn't think they had gone that far that way...just going to pretend I never watched that.
  18. Hehe Radi, I don't think he is someone who has "become commercial" at all... more that he probably just enjoys Shpongle more at this stage of his life. Who wouldn't want to hang with raj all day rather than being cooped up alone writing a genre u don't even care to listen to anymore... Heh. I for one am glad the direction he's gone.
  19. There isn't really much to see/hear yet apart from some bad quality live snippets and one studio video
  20. Just wondering what everyone's feelings are about this coming release? Not that many months away now and they are just finalising tracks I believe... Putting on the final coat of psychedelic polish perhaps.. Personally, I cannot waiiiiiiit. I don't have a favourite album of theirs, or style/time period as I just love them all for what they are. And for different reasons.. Pretty sure this one will be no different in that regard!
  21. I think I at least was confused. It is definitely pleasant though, so carry on!
  22. Don't think anyone mentioned but its worth tracking down Freaks and Geeks, at the least to see where a heap of actors started. Awesome series.
