Not sure whether this ought to qualify or not, but how about adding Tomáš Dvořák - Machinarium Soundtrack to the downtempo list? It's jolly good. e: if you want to decide whether this counts as psy-chill, here are a few tracks:

+1 for Beatspace, they often stock things long after everyone else. If you're looking for something distributed by Wirikuta (which is a hell of a lot of stuff) then their website is a good bet. For downtempo, I've found that the inSpiral shop sometimes has things that are hard to find elsewhere. Same goes for Farfield Records. When all else fails, it's a good idea to check the label's site in case they have their own shop (Avatar do, for example).

What's the hurry? Last year voting went on until the end of February, and I'm hoping this year will be the same - there are still a number of 2009 releases I haven't yet listened to enough to form a reliable opinion, and I don't expect I'm the only one.

Voted yes. I like other people to see what I've voted for and I like to see what other people have voted for. For me, a large part of what makes the Best Of useful is seeing what people who generally like the same stuff as I do voted for.
