I'm happy to let voters decide things like this for themselves. Vote for it in both polls if you want. In previous years the same album has been voted for in both uptempo and downtempo categories and I don't have a problem with that; this kind of borderline case is similar.

Sound that is created with the intention of evoking an emotional response in the listener using means other than the semantics of language.
