I enjoy both actually. I listened to Psy in late 90s, then stopped as I had gotten bored with it for a while. Five years later, I am back and have so much excellent stuff to listen to now. Anything 2000+ is considered new to me. I actually don't even think about the years when I am listening. The best thing is, I don't have to decide which is best. Thanks to the net, I can find the best of the old and the best of the new. Sure, Psy now has splintered into many other genres than in the 90s, but I can find artists I enjoy in each genre, or in each decade. Good music is good music, whether it's labeled Psytrance, Psygressive, Full-on, or Polka, or from one decade or another.

To be honest, I get bored quickly and want to go to sleep when trying to listen to most of his work. You can say I have no taste then, or must love Skazi or fool-on, but I am just relaying my honest opinion.
