  1. How nice of you to bring some Discogs drama over here. Just what we all need.
  2. Well I do speak Swedish so I got a few chuckles out of this
  3. Well, considering that Pete Martin is one of my personal oldschool heroes this is fantastic and about as close as anything to "something new from him" As also.
  4. Some good ol' Massive Attack
  5. Yeah the IFPI codes and matrix on both versions are just like any other Arabesque distributed/pressed release I have (the Digipak being of the older format and the jewelcase the newer).
  6. Digipak: https://www.discogs.com/Cosmosis-Trancendance/release/423474 Jewelcase: https://www.discogs.com/Cosmosis-Trancendance/release/8123477 (I just submitted it a few days ago as I noticed it was stil missing from Discogs)
  7. With an incorrect tracklist and missing credits? Oh well, whatever
  8. Damn you guys, take my money :DD
  9. I don't have any idols so there's not really much to destroy Art is most often fuelled by some level of decadence, so it's quite understandable (even if I personally don't endorse it).
  10. Hinkstep - Not Dead Just Forgotten
  11. The cover looks like another collection of psytrance clichés
  12. Well that's exactly what's weird about it. I don't know what the story here is but I sent a Facebook PM to Cosmosis a few years ago and asked him about it and he said that he only ever released a Digipak. He never got back to me with additional info though (he said he'd look into it). I got my jewelcase version from Beatspace.
  13. Is this the digipak or the jewelcase version? If it's the jewelcase you might be interested in knowing that it's an unofficial/bootleg release that has an incorrect tracklist and incomplete credits (I actually have both versions). Confirmed by Billy Cosmosis himself. See the edit history on Discogs for some additional info.
  14. Yeah. What's this with coke sneaking into the psy scene? Or maybe it's been there for a long time, but for someone like me (who doesn't really dabble in the drugs part of the scene) to to notice its presence maybe tells you something. And I find it a bit alarming. Is the partying and getting wasted aspect getting more important than the music and a good atmosphere? And not just because of the coke but overall. I guess this is partly why I've been going less and less to parties these past years. Of course I still play but at least I try to make a difference, as in "play something most people wouldn't play these days".
  15. Since my gaming mouse got borked (received a replacement but it's borked too...) I've only been playing NetHack recently. Am a bit rusty it seems, haven't got further than dungeon level 9 so far.
  16. Yeah: https://www.facebook.com/phantasmrecords
  17. I must admit, there's one thing on this EP that irks me almost to no end: the chants from the opening of Ghost In The Shell in Spiritual Chanting. This had both the anime geek and the music geek in me screaming "no, no for fucks sake, not like this". There are good ways and bad ways to reuse elements from pop culture, and this just ticked off the wrong boxes in me and I coudn't even listen to the track (and the EP) until the end. Don't ask me why, it just sounds way out of place here (well, at least it caused a reaction...)
  18. I've always taken the "items left" counter on Bandcamp with a grain of salt. And, ordered
  19. Please, no I think you mean Death Note, which actually is ridiculously awesome for the most part. But this is getting way off topic now. Maybe we should focus on the music instead
