Searching for albums without voice-samples?

I took a listen to the album the other day. The first track is fantastic, but the rest is, if not entirely meh, not really my cup of tea. I'm not really a fan of slowed down forest that's just...well, slowed down forest, and that in-your-face smash everything style of downtempo just gets on my nerves. And prog in general need to have really something special going for it to catch my attention. The last track was a bit better IIRC Well, this was just a first impression based on one listen (some more perhaps later). And yes, I can hear that you're a pianist

So...where the hell do we go from here?

Ah, I mistook it for the Hallucinogen dub mix of Atmos - Klein Aber Doctor (Slinky Nuns Remix). Well something something Hallucinogen something something Slinky something -

I faintly remember I've heard this once (or maybe some other version) but isn't it basically a very much extended desk mix Simon did for fun, or something? -

Zion 604 | Label updates
Paul Eye replied to ZIon604's topic in Artist News and Labels announcements
Well... Beatport, Junodownload and Psyshop all have this pricing policy where WAVs cost more than MP3s. I don't know about the others but Beatport has (or at least had, haven't shopped in there for maybe 5 years) a "WAV handling fee" of 1€ per track which is absolutely ridiculous. At least Bandcamp does it right -
Crysis 2 finished. I could write a lengthy rant about how brainlessly annoying and clichéic simply EVERYTHING is in this game but I just want to forget I ever played (and paid for) this piece of garbage.

Good. I have reasons not to buy anything ever again from Beatport. -

Beatport exclusives? So these are not going to be on Bandcamp? -
I'd write reviews, if I could. I'll quote the famous "writing about music is like dancing about architecture" meaning that I just can't put music into words. Believe me I've tried. And I refuse to publish some half-assed garbage that makes no sense.

Yeah, one of my favourite Suntrip releases
-
Not in this case as through the mixer is the only way to get sound into my monitors (And no, no need or money or space for another sound system)
-
No space (or money) or free channels in my mixer for one right now and I prefer CDs and digital anyway.
-
Well, there are some EPs I'd be interested in, but having no turntable it seems kinda pointless to own them

I had already completely forgotten about this. Looks like it won't see the light of day. -

A compilation of Slide / Satori / Radiation singles/compilation tracks remastered would be sweet, but unlikely to happen. -
I second that, was kind of a blind purchase for me and it isn't really my cup of tea. And I didn't even receive the mix CD with it.

Still having a debate with myself whether or not to submit my 1999 track or not... :/ Wouldn't that actually be against the rules if you submit 3 tracks?

After some rather uninspired and eventually glitchy/crashy Skyrim modding I got South Park: The Stick Of Truth last week when it was on sale. Finished it over the weekend. What can I say? It's just as obnoxiously hilarious as you could expect South Park to be, got a good amount of laughs out of it Now I'm (finally) playing Crysis 2. Not really being an FPS fan, it's kinda OK. Beautiful visuals but the AI and overall feeling is about as intelligent as a rock. I never finished the first Crysis simply because it got so crashy towards the end. Oh yes, tried BioShock 2 and Infinte too at some point. Back in the day I kinda forced myself to finish and enjoy the first BioShock; 2 and Infinite weren't any less annoying, I just can't get into them. Oh well.

Elysium - Dance For The Celestial Beings II

I was just thinking of the same thing the other day.
