  1. I have some 16 hours of random recordings from here and there in India. Too bad the Zoom H1 was a piece of shit (a "handheld" recorder you can't even hold in your hand unless you want shitloads of plasticy handling sounds on your recordings too...) so quite a significant part of the recordings are somewhat ruined. And I really have no idea what to do with the sounds. Maybe I should edit out the garbage and put them up on Freesound or something but I'm not sure I have the motivation to do that. Meh.
  2. His Bandcamp page is still up, hopefully still for a while as I have about 200 other albums I should get from Bandcamp...
  3. Absolutely brilliant. No stupid gimmicks, just damn good MUSIC. Bravo
  4. Often I dance facing whatever direction I feel like facing. Turn your back to the DJ/Artist and you can watch the faces of people on the dancefloor
  5. Algae Bloom - The Blossom (yeah I know it's not a CD but whatever, get it, it's fantastic) And if you absolutely need a CD, Zirrex - Ritual Dance
  6. Well, for what it's worth, I've mistaken early Talamasca for early Transwave in the quiz contests... Might be, Talamasca.

  8. Well, most of the people I know (I don't really have many people I could call "friends" so to say) are from the psy/goa scene around here. So I'm pretty well linked, but sadly most of the bigger organizers rarely want any goa for their parties. I usually play chillout at bigger parties, and talk about goa with whoever wants to listen High five o/
  9. Wow. Back in the days I wished I'd had a mic when I bounced a tennis ball off a piece of wood. Would have made a great kick
  10. Just moved, my flatmate got us this: I can't remember how much we pay for it but it's not much
  11. Psychaos + MFG + PortaMento + BlackStarrFinale That. Would be. A blast
  12. Basically anyone I talk with about Shpongle always praises Tales Of The Inexpressible, which I found to be their weakest album until Museum Of Consciousness came out

    Heavy metal.

Thanks guys. I'll take a closer listen once this small life chaos settles

    Heavy metal.

I never had a metal phase unlike other (pre)teens in my days. Some of these sound quite nice though, until the singing starts Any recommendations for instrumental prog metal with spiraling synth lines, like a metal version of Ozric Tentacles or Hidria Spacefolk?
  15. Nope. I never really was a fan of their output anyway. So relatively speaking, IM The Supervisor still is the most coherent thing they've managed to put together. And don't you dare claim that Stretched isn't a fantastic track, their best by far. I've sold the CD years ago, mind you.
  16. B.P.Empire and Converting Vegetarians were way worse than that.
  17. 2 or maybe 3 festivals, and UG parties in Finland. Then Boom (my first!). Maybe Connection
