  2. So here's the early morning downtempo set I played last weekend out in the Finnish countryside. And perhaps the first time in history when I actually have a re-recording done a week after the party (Usually it takes something between a month and a year or so...) Tracklist: 山本千夏 - Early Bird Nostalgia - Deep Valleys Of Subconsciousness Zen Lemonade - Island Of Forgotten Dreams Sérgio Walgood - Timeshift Lapse Psyeck - Lost In Universe Easily Embarrassed - Little Trees And Fantasies Harax - Agora Zymosis - Usual Miracle (Micky Noise & Alkan Remix) PhasePhour - Unpronounced Numbers Sacral Reason - Deux Cœurs Deva Premal - Om Namo Uth - Momenta (Astral Waves "Shamanic Spirit" Rework) Shulman - Consciousness Revoked Zymosis - Awakening Blue Lunar Monkey - Here & Now (Ethernal Remix) Miktek - Magnificient Desolation Connect.Ohm - Fossil
  3. I'll probably write it in my will that THESE ARE NOT TO BE SOLD OR DESTROYED. Or perhaps I'll donate them to someone who still cares for something as ancient as CDs The same thing will also happen to the hard drive (or whatever storage medium will be around in +-60 years) that holds the CD rips and all the music I've downloaded (all legally, mind you).
  4. FLAC / foobar2000 -> Native Instruments Audio Kontrol 1 -> Pioneer DJM-250 -> SM Pro Audio Nano Patch Plus -> Behringer Truth B3030A. Good enough for my tiny apartment.
  5. All I can say is: never go to India. You'll go insane.
  6. The first goa CD I heard was Astral Projection - Dancing Galaxy around september 1997. The first goa CD I bought about a year later was Transwave - Helium (I still have it and won't sell it, ever). What I bought after that (and especially in what order), I can't remember exactly; Dragonfly Classix, Space Tribe's 2 first albums, Hallucinogen's both albums, MFG - New Kind Of World, Dementertainment and Eclipse (Twisted Records), Are You Shpongled? and lots of other CDs aswell.
  7. Don't. Just, don't. M-Audio is fucking crap*. I speak from experience. *except for the good old Delta 2496
  8. Well if you want to use an audio interface (sound card) for DJing and like to mix on a real mixer, I'd recommend you get one with 4 outputs (2 stereo) but if you're OK with mixing in software I guess you can send the cue signal to the headphones output and the master signal to the main outs. I myself have a NI Audio Kontrol 1 and I can nothing but recommend it. It's rock solid performance wise and it's built like a little tank. Too bad I don't think they're manufacturing them anymore.

  10. This was about stealing Ormion's idea and making our own versions of this game.
  11. Well I was kinda intrigued by this, but if that's a side effect I might need to reconsider. I have enough difficulties sleeping already and I don't really need anything that makes it even worse :/
  12. Not forgetting k-bbk-bbk-bbk-bb and k-b-k-b-k-b-k-b basslines
  13. Goa: Cosmosis - Cosmology Psy: Voice Of Cod - We Are Free
  14. I smirked at the fact that everyone else just seem to mind their own business
  15. Hey Ormion, mind if I steal your idea sometimes later?
  16. Damn it, I recognize many of those but have no idea what track they are Anyway, this is after 2 listens (20 tracks), some question marks present: Edit: damn it, a few artists right but track names wrong. And #43 I knew which speech sample is in that track but couldn't for the life of me remember what's the name of the track P.S. #20 and #48 sounded like shit.
  17. Who said anything about idolizing?
  18. Yeah well I have Bluetech's Love Songs To The Source autographed, as well as the new Juno Reactor album and perhaps something else too. I was thinking along the more spontaneous autographs you get when you walk up to the artist after a gig and ask for the autograph then and there.
