Also can you post the weird forms in which 303 occurs. I mean some more For someone like me who has never seen the instrument not used any software or in fact even the YouTube videos sometimes it's hard to identify the sounds if they are tweaked beyond normal. I remember OOOD saying TB303 does wonderful/interesting things when you supply it a voltage beyond its working range or something similar. The Jam on it gets better and better with every watch I think I'll enjoy Acid House, electro parties more than the psytrance (read as Psycore / Hi-Tech) parties. I have to research about the scene here.

@Acid brain , just a few seconds but worth checking out if you haven't already. Track 32 Track 33 from Ubar Tmar - Macrometasomakosmos.

CBL - Hydroponic Garden & World Of Sleepers

Ha ha been there many times. I don't understand the logic. Those who buy directly from label and support always end up paying more. And the same thing costs less elsewhere. Isn't it supposed to be the opposite way where in the costs are less at the label shop and slightly more at the distributors. ..Txt label comes to mind. 1 cd costs 13 GBP for preorder and the same costs 12Euros at other online shops. -
come on now, I can see 3 people in this thread saying they like the good stuff. We also shit on Goa. Worst goa/newschool sucks etc etc threads are abundant

Talking about Cannibal Cookbook you say its the worst, discogs has a rating of 4+ I want to hear this, not the 180bpm track but the kiriyama and phobium tracks.

Hurray! Waiting for that massive vinyl release. Can't believe it's already been so long. Good luck! I'm sure it will be great. Btw Fede, your mastering engineer for vinyls is also Analog Dimension. How does that work out? I'm guessing he is familiar with cutting the vinyl and all those 1000 different things required for a vinyl release. I've limited knowledge of this. Can you please shed some light. You might want to have a look at Live in Athens CD release on discogs(comments). Some guy is having problems with 2cd.

GDR will be missed no doubt. A little bit of discipline was all it required. Just stick to your promo thread. Just stick your promo thread. Music is the priority. Music is the priority!! :/ Disappointed.

It's not all black & white. This has been going on for years. They have deep rooted issues which need to be sorted out face to face and not on some forum, I think. They are like teenage lovers always fighting!

Starkraver replied to Starkraver's topic in Artist News and Labels announcements
CD's , Now available on Bandcamp for around 14euros + Swedish shipping So there are an edition of 2000 which is really good, everyone will get to have a CD at fair price now. Hopefully now the Ultimae releases will be cheaper? He he. Still looking for that 2008 re-issue of HYdroponic Garden. Beautiful cover on that one. -
I think shpongle website sells FLAC. Psyshop & Beatport offer WAV I think.

Richpa , I think NE-India is what you are looking for. Culturally vibrant, artistically innovative and open and having some of the best National Parks & reserved forests to some great geological marvels with monstrous Brahmaputra river forming breath taking gorges. Tiny info here : https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tourism_in_North_East_India There's a lot more of course. North eastern states are home to various tribal population who have preserved their ancient way of life and have their own set of laws, culture and cuisine. You will get to have anything in between an ant to deer including cats/dogs and other taboo stuff. +cleanest village of Asia - a beautiful place, matriarchal system is followed over there and the streets are lined with flowers and whatnot. It's like wonderland. +Highest population of one horned rhino's in the world + the world famous Bengal Tiger, elephants, flying squirrels (yes flying squirrels) and many more endemic species of apes can be found in the biodiversity hotspot. +Many art & dance forms which I can't recall now. +Buddhist monasteries & a sizeable population of Christians. Many tribes have adopted Christianity. Bhutan is just mind blowing. Can be visited via some mountain passes from Sikkim I think. Well I will leave out Pak. Mauritius is more of a honeymoon destination. About Sri Lanka, may be Padmapni will be able to describe it better. I haven't visited it. Many commonalities like Cricket, Spices and coconut. Bangladesh is like India on steroids in a tiny land. Some security concerns over there. Foreigners targeted by radical outfits. But Sunderbans is one of its kind delta. They have good seafood over there, River Meghna almost splits the country into 2 parts, you can even witness traditional fishing using "Trained Sea Otters" and of course more Tigers and splendid art/literature stuff (part of Bengal!) Do visit. And don't forget to inform me. May be we can meet up. -------------------------------------------- @604, not to be rude but I don't know what you would like. May be you'll like during the national parade when the military brings out the big guns and nuke capable missiles. Please don't spam the thread. -------------------------------------------- The thread is about Knowing what other think about my country and the region with focus on geopolitics and other issues and not Goa & Tourism & hippies. @Richpa - the sad thing is each and every statistic that comes out is compared with China. I don't see how we won't turn into China at least in few ways when we constantly try to mimick it and catch up with it & have a dream to surpass it as a major power in Asia. Till now, we had weak leadership and a corrupt family ruling us for decades but the last couple years has seen great enthusiasm and course correction and even participation of youth in politics and nation building (contrast that with just leaving everyone behind and running away to US!) but everything comes at a price, as with any strong right wing government there are hints of fascism trying its best to tell us how to lead our life, what to eat & stuff but I firmly believe the demographic is way past all this archaic nonsense and a significant part of it has a modern rational outlook with the inevitable touch of spirituality. Ok that's enough from me. More from you guys!

Just curious as to what one would want to pay for this elusive CDr from Ultimae. Condition Sleeve: NM CDr: NM

Ha ha, ours are derived from the Brits. We fondly remember them especially when sec 377 (criminalising unnatural sex - punishment imprisonment for life or 10 years, take that! ) sec 124 (sedition law) are in news
-
We have had China, Russia, EU, NATO discussions and yeah US too. Let's talk about India & South Asia. Many of you have visited my country , might have formed opinions too. I would like to see my country from an outsiders perspective. All of you at least know 2 things about my country, one of the smallest state & The Lord with the 3rd eye. Coming to South Asia - it consists of fascinating countries to say the least. The largest democracy, the terror exporter, the land of Himalayas, the nation which introduced the world to happiness index & the tiny island nation full of elephants & spices..

The fact is these things go on around us. But not in peaceful meaningful? way as above but in more harmful of ways. Just today I read about a father molesting her teenage daughter and this asshole is well learned man in one the prestigious bureaucratic post! I was shocked. And the worst part is the treatment that mother and her daughter will recieve in our conservative society. That girl is scarred for life! I don't think the girl above(from the marriage) is harmed mentally or physically. So it's definitely better

I had started wondering if I had any condition (induced one of course, I was all well as a kid!) maybe you are right, may be its just the lack of attentiveness.

This is the Offtopic that I miss! Down with the .... Well why invite the devil Edited!

Well said , I was expecting it yesterday (edit - alright I see it's still Monday over there) And yes we do have this archaic law (sec 377 IIRC titled unnatural sexual acts) some promising developments in this realm may be in a few years LGBT community will get their deserved rights. I personally know couple of lesbians, they are people just like others. I thought it was weird before I knew them but now it's just their personal sexual preference. I can see how this can extended to the above situation and you did just that Padmapani. But the situation at hand is a sensitive one given the emotions attached to a mother / child relationship and it is these strong emotions which evoke strong dislike/disgust if a sexual component is added to it even though with consent. From what I know Anu through our conversations she is a broad minded woman(that's why the comment "I find it strange that Anu posted it") but here as you can see her motherly instinct kicked in hence the disgust. Also, we have many archaic laws! Some from 1800's! Can you believe that. One more that might interest you is the sedition law. But over the years our Supreme Court has curtailed misuse of this by the executive organ. Edit - I was replying to padmapani's post but Mr.Anarchy is quick with typing and I have a runny nose! (Fuck the cold!)
