  1. How I wish I had seen them Any links?
  2. Contact the artist, talk to him, express your love for his music & also get his PayPal he'll be happy, so will he be.
  3. There's this 12" with nothing but a bassdrum I don't remember the name exactly. Spanning 15-20 seconds and selling for 40+ on Discogs. I could not believe it Edit : Found it. Fix your mixing problems with this: Ha ha https://www.discogs.com/TR-909-Bass-Drum/release/1649771
  4. By listeners you mean himself, if you target a particular audience & make something to please them, it's nothing but commercial.
  5. Some very nice releases mentioned here. I would buy Hol Baumann & Circular releases( if they have Ultimae packaging ) Also one of the reason I buy cd is the artwork/print cards/booklet with stories & other stuff. The way you'll enjoy the Ultimae release if you have the digipack in hand is completely different than listening to digital releases on phone/iPods. 100 CD's take a lot of time to sell I guess. Unless it's been advertised properly, the material is classic and either the artist should be a big name or the label should be trustworthy. Let's analyse the releases mentioned above. So Hol Baumann releases will be sold easily, even circular should attract the same takers. (Downtempo/Ambient has a strong collectors base. But your list will keep on growing and the buyers base will keep on reducing. Yearly I see one or two massive collections for sale. So out of the very few collectors we lose a couple or more every year. These are the guys who buy every good release. Guaranteed buyers, hard to replace. So release selection would be a key. If this initiative really takes off , then definitely people will take notice and after that you can go for tricky/uncertain releases like Cosmosis. In fact I think all Goa releases will be tricky. This is a nice idea. Many have done it in great style. Inspiration: *Ektoplazm has done it - one man show! *Blood-Music has done it- again, One man show! *Vinyl 200, releases digital and other non-vinyl music on vinyls. *Silent Season - this dude is killing it. A collector gone crazy, opened up a label which kicks ass with amazing cd+vinyl releases. They are so big now that an edition of 400 CDs costing 16 each without shipping gets sold in a month! Good luck! My requests: Nervasystem 3 Nervasystem 4
  6. Nervasystem - Theory of cut-up ...........we know so much ...... ... Cut into the present and the future leaks out! What a track!
  7. Hi all @Abasio, @Padmapni, @RLoop, @Sixzerofour @Acidhead and others. What's up Abasio? What's going on in the land of earthquakes ? Padmapani - I'm heading towards Bangalore now, gonna gain atleast a kg or 2 with damn tasty dosa's and idli. My god! I can't wait for that breakfast tomorrow morning! He he.. After 1 year! Will click a few pics as a teaser for you Hope you are doing good @604 - so you are Lu-Bu? I didn't know the old you, anyways welcome back once again @Rloop - not sure if the Russian master is playing somewhere but if not, I'll definitely try and catch up with your fellow mate Psykovsky it's as close as I can get to your country - meeting Russians here. He he.. @Acid head - 303 of the week was - "Nervasystem - Hacking the neuron" nothing fancy or insane 303 just a lovely track with beautiful simple 303 bouncing around. Woooo
  8. I don't like it either but I reaaaally really love all other elements in this release so it's O.K Good stuff! (@HH- now where in the world is that Artha release! Update the topic )
  9. You mean how sky input is amazing on one day and the next day Daze is just blissful. I totally agree with you Padmapani
  10. Why I love this album so much is because it satisfies all my music needs. Mad ass psychedelia , ACID, weird bleepy downtempo , bit and pieces of amazing ambient atmosphere & ALL in 1 fucking album. Amazing stuff! One more sign of a "complete" album is when your favourite track tumbles every other day with the mood, the weather & stuff. A day ago I was totally in love with interpretation , before that it was Hacking the neuron! It's safe to say that Drezz has hacked the shit out of it, my neurons were no more mine and were totally in control of those acid lines and before that it was New si-nap-tic-pathways. Amazing track that one. Sadly the track I'm skipping is kraal mayalis not because it's bad but only because I've abused that track since the day it came out hence the less favourite tag. Once again thanks to Drezz for having a strong resolve and putting this beauty out. Flawless releases (for me, suckers) perfect music, perfect artwork! A winner, also I humbly took the artists word and bought it twice I'm trying to push my music tastes onto my girl so I thought this is a nice cd for her to begin her collection , given her love for Trippy artworks. Just a question to those who own 3&4. Are there more tracks like New Si-Nap-tic pathways in one of those albums? I missed out on 3&4 and there are not on Bandcamp too. I shall get them from re-volt someday. Hopefully soon (right after Mana Source)
  11. I ain't whining. "I am sure rich has logical reasons.... " :| I don't want him to explain if he doesn't want to, "not knowing makes me want to scratch my head .... " I will let those grammatical and other mistakes in the above post , be where they are
  12. I have exactly the same questions. And also the same thoughts about Neogoa While I know about World Beyond but it's don't explain other stuff like BSF/GoaD and Imba :/ sorry Imba, I don't like it , I have placed that cd once. Where as I constantly keep coming back to BSF, WB. I'm sure Rich has logical reasons behind these choices but not knowing them makes me wanna scratch my head :/ and go whhha whaat whyyyy!
  13. Bonsai! If that's not the goa I fell in love with, I dont know what is. May be its my current state of mind or something but this stuff is kicking Sadly not been able to buy it before and even now flat broke, but this will the 1st thing I would buy after getting $$$$ If its still there of course. Now Bonsai is gonna go on repeat!
  14. Took me a while to get into his music. I am glad I didn't give up. Chynacid did it for me I was gone for a few days and looks like he is gone again. If you are reading the Good dance recordings layout fantastic dont change it. And dont change the colour too Now dont take this down from bandcamp. If you are gonna do that, leave a note on bandcamp so that I d/l WAV files. Let it be there at least for a few months. Thanks for the free d/l of the Emotions from the beija flor. There's a saying over here, do your work without expecting rewards, what has to come will come. May be not today but someday it will. So relax and lets Goa And dont you f'in abuse me! I'm in a bad mood as is. Ciao! P.S - Psyramid damn! now that's a track!

  18. Niiice! This is a tough thread, as I expect Acid everywhere (eventhough I dont get it ) In my head, its always there. The same thing happened to me a couple of days ago while listening to an ambient and trying to sleep, the acid kicked my sleep away I will post if I come across that track again. Should be easier to find as I have only few thousand tracks in my iTunes
  19. OT but RLoop I have to ask this, do you guys even know what being fat means.? Man! I have never seen a fat Russian (apart from that James bond movie). Ridiculously fit, so are the Brazilians. (yes this post comes after your pic )
