so lets just say that if i use different lion samples and rerecord that mumbling mumbo jumbo man sample in my own voice (mimicing the words) and change one note to the midi bassline i wouldn't be making a remix anymore but an original track?

fruity's newly added Gross Beat is the best gater to date others are dblue glitch oneglitchmb supatrigga mgtriggergate etc you can also make gating automations in fruity by simply adding a dummy channel and assigning this dummy channel's peak controller to the volume knob of the sound you need gated (link mode = peak) and then turn the volume on your pc down, then you can just hit a note in your dummy channel and the volume will cut out from your lead wherever you placed notes.

not sure if i'm appreciated for doing this, but couldn't there be some small changes made to ektoplazm? like adding a filesize per music format, and maybe a low bitrate streaming preview of all tracks and track per track download possibilty (in all formats ) heck it can't hurt to dream, i realize this is all a lot of work (well, not adding the filesize! ) so feel free to ignore me it's just that i got bugged that i can't try any of these tracks before i download 'em and since i don't like mp3's i'm downloading the flac version, which means using all that bandwidth to delete most of it anyway, and if i like one single track on a comp i also need to download the whole thing, i think adding these options would greatly improve accessibility
