The Most Gorgeous Sunset Very nice track! Builds slow and the guitar is fantastic! Like endless beautiful clichés being remade time and time again. The synth is pure love and joy! Very stretched and laid back feeling. A beautiful and loaded sunset. Subtle touches everywhere, a voice whispers, synths creep. Slowly fades. Be Love Dub with reggae samples Style switch a mile wide but i guess it's ok. Layed back in the sun, grey niggaz, smoking bong and trippin out on the grass. Very sunny vibe We'll Learn Sweet track. very soft and gentle. Piano as a spine through the track. Droning play with african kids singing and some sample, hypno tune. Mas Intensas Breakbeats and sound hints, urban atmo. Funky walk in the sun again. Cruisin' downtown. Everything 's possible, the city is vast. You're free to dream. The Operative Word Fog. Floating. Dreaming, waking up, can't be real. Very nice track. Looking Forwards Jazzy blues, very light. Funky percussion and other samplework It Could Be Guitar so gentle you wonder where you are. So sweet, so lost somewhere... Time doesn't exist... Feel like dancing but there's no one around. Magical existence. It's all so light and deep at the same time... Bonus track Clean, dry, serious piano piece. A sincere and well-meant, though strict, goodbye. All the tracks are more or less in the same light style, it's a very peculiar thing. All sounds are hinted so gentle it's like a soft ride through the fog. Or bright sky. Very relaxing and dreamy music. It feels like living in a perfect sunny world where everyday is as funky fresh as it can get. It's also minimal in a sense, all structures are somewhat thin and float in the wind. Everything is rather hinted and sketched than confirmed strictly. Very peculiar. Most tracks could tend to get repetitive at some point(s) but it's not really annoying if you're into them. Sometimes it's very special, sometimes it's less... Sound production and quality is superb and the very dreamy and gentle atmo all around the songs is something very nice, it felt like one big memory in the sun... favs 1,5,9,11 7.5/10

not that easy-accessible i guess... can't see what the fuzz is all about it's way too experimental and incoherent, and way too much detuned fuglyness 4 mediocre to good tracks (1,3,5,6), and all the rest hideously fucked up by some detune or too much chaotic unfitting weirdness, and then the first one is a real weird one, it's atmo is very appealing but a constant threat of the pitch bending all wrong in the melods and additional fx make this a very hard to enjoy track for me. the mystic atmo also makes it appealing again but it just keeps on walking the line of uncertainty, same as with dragon tales album, too much of that "humpy jumpy" feeling and no tranceflow or continuity. then again i can imagine myself being struck by it as the most genius work ever in a year or so, so i won't take these things too seriously for now. all i'm just trying to say is that misses a small element to be perfect to me... at least the point of no return track. Now that i've listened it slowly to the end (while typing all of this crap) i must say that it just misses a small touch of extra psychedelica for it to be accredited as it is now. and that "humpy jumpy" idiot-gnome-trance feeling makes it's return when insect & insect bite starts to play... still, i really like this track (at least when that trippy pad kicks in) neurobic also misses that extra level of sounds and keeps dangling below average in a mediocre pad/atmo experiment, pretty uninteresting but a nice song for the background and then space interface, the unreleased infected mushroom masterpiece this also misses it, not enough sounds and layers to be a great psychedelic song. then again, this album was released in 94 so it was pretty groundbreaking for the time i guess... techtrance with an ambient touch, the ancient goa formula back then it must've been a hit but listening it today leaves me unsatisfied. not that these 4 tracks aren't good but... incomplete... 4/10

i really don't mind them having dropped the old regime actually, they've just become million dollar popstarz and hey, that can be cool too especially when it's your fav unknown israeli duo breaking all the records i think the only tracks i didn't like where suliman and two others i think... listened it a few times since i got it, vicious delicious (the track) has both a very commercial/poppy edge to it, and at the same time a very psychedelic one. Two aspects i really don't like to hear together in one song. But which could be good under the right circumstances. but to vicious delicious live on stage i only have one thing to say: WOW just f*cking WOW i'm already glad they're still making music and that when i'm listening this album, i can still feel a small afterglow of the magic being done before...

yep, it's been ages since i heard it and just the other day an old cdr of it turned up from under a pile of cds, popped it in the car-radio of my friend and it did all the magic again, we only listened up untill psycho but it was still very intense, even release me, which i found to be the lesser track before appeared more fresh and crazy. copy paste psynews discogs, or copy paste discogs psynews? let me note that it does take less idiotic reservation (what's cheesy to those independence day samples anyway? how can a sample even be "cheesy"?) (maybe read to much pienews ) towards certain aspects of psytrance to really appreciate it's eventual undefinable glory.
